Promised me 450 to do my whole exhaust system. When time comes to pay he charges me 650. Then i get the car back with massive exhaust leak and ratttling. Then he says bring it back a week later. I bring it to him and i think hes fixing his mistake. He charges me another 65 dollars. As soon as i left my check engine light comes on and my car has a even worse exhaust leak. Im done with this garage. Thought i can trust this place but i was wrong. I ended up going to a exhaust garage and they told me this mechanic at meadow st installed my exhaust system backwards and that's why I had so much rattling and leaks! I will never come here again

Ken has worked on all my cars and he has always been very honest and to the point, even to the extent of recommending NOT to do something on a car either because it's not really needed, or it's not worth it... to his loss, obviously. I definitely recommend him.

I trust them working on my vehicle. I am a disabled mechanic and no longer work on vehicles. I can do simple repairs, when it comes to repairs I cannot do, meadow Street automotive is the only place I trust. They are honest, hard-working, very polite and courteous. They know what they are talking about and know what they are doing.

After relying on Kenny multiple times in the past year, this is the place to go to if you have any issues with your vehicle. I'm not car savvy and was relatively new in the area but it's reassuring to know that if any of my friends or family need a guy, Kenny is the guy. He simplifies any issues your vehicle has and lets you know what's necessary instead overselling to make a quick buck.

I have only called. I recently bought a scooter and it was a difficult task to find someone in the area to maintain it. The gentleman I spoke with was helpful, kind and courteous. He cared about my wish to be prepared and have a mechanic on hand. I am very much looking forward to my first oil change and I will definitely leave another review after maintenance. I expect it will be a quite pleasant experience.

Junior, Julie(a?) and Tony were great. Not only did they look over the truck I was looking to buy, but they informed me about some nice OEM mods to the vehicle that I would not have known about otherwise. They let me know what work was likely to be needed in the coming months. Best of all, they were kind and personable. People who understand customer service. 10 out of 10 recommend. Called to ask if they could replace a car part I had bought for my car, guy on the phone was extremely rude I had to end the call before he could even know which part I was talking about because I wasn’t giving him the right name of the part supposedly when I was reading the name of the part on the sticker and part #, I assume you guys do good work there hence the good reviews and I don’t want to lower the overall rating hence the 2 stars and not 1 star

Best mechanic I’ve been to. Truly an outstanding family-owned and operated business. Everyone I encountered, from the receptionist, Julie, to Ken and his father, Ken Sr, was incredibly welcoming. I brought in a pre-owned car for a PPI. Ken took the time to sit down with me and clearly explain the issues the car had, along with my options. As someone who just moved to Connecticut for school and is a first-time car buyer, I really appreciated his honesty and patience. He provided all the information I needed to make a confident, informed decision. Ken was fair, transparent, and genuinely cared about helping me out during a stressful time.
