If I could give zero that’s what they will get. They quoted me a price to change my oil and when I got there they charged me double what they quoted me. Scammers, i was there 6 hours to get an oil change and at the end they didn’t even grease the truck 😡😡😡. Avoid them if you can

Stop Do not come here! from my experience they don’t care, they don’t care to save you money and the trailer wasn’t Even ready when I arrived so I missed out on a load. They gave me an estimate before even taking out The tires and taking a look at the damages and what needs to be repaired. In retrospect I should’ve just left and went to another place but when your Broken down and not sure if you’ll make it to another shop. You don’t kick a man when he’s down So please skip this place the owner is just a bad guy no emotion on the mans face, no heart just greed.

Went for an airbag on the trailer and two shock I brought the parts and the bill was 500 for 4 hours had sized bolts on air bag they started on me right away I felt the price was good and speed was good they are frien and highly recommend the shop

Nick at Mega Truck and Trailer Repair did an excellent job repairing a huge list of items that were defective per Dot inspection. These items could have potentially put me out of business but Nick went over the list in detail with me and assured me that he would give me the best price possible and he did. As an owner operator it’s hard to find repair places that you can trust that they will fix what needs to be fixed and stand behind their work and nick did that for me. I finally found a reputable repair shop and I highly recommend Mega Truck and Trailer Repair!

I call yesterday for a repair and spoke to a person who told me that he can do the repairs and make an appointment for today at 9:00 am. I drove 312 miles because that was the only place that was told works on Sunday, here I got at 6:45 am waiting for shop to open and no one is here I’ve call numbers of times to both phone numbers and no answer. That is wrong.

had a drive flat tire on my tractor. called these guys and and told me they would have someone out in 1 hour. I was 15 min away from their location. 2 hours later someone showed up to the rescue. I appreciate them getting me out on the road but was not pleased with the service overall. I spoke to dispatcher and told her my tire size needed (11r) and also told them I didn't need a rim. when the guy showed up he had trouble getting the jack under the truck and had to give him a hand. he mentioned he didn't have the proper tools because he was not on his regular truck. we finally got the truck up and noticed the tire they had brought me was the incorrect size. they had taken me a 295 size and my other drive was a size 11. when I mentioned it to the guy he told me look kid just take the tire and get out of here the freeway shoulder is not a safe place to be at. he also brought the tire with another rim (dirty and scratched) already installed. I asked if I could keep my old rim since it was nice and polished and was told to talk to his boss about it. after charging me $850 for the road service, a dirty old rim I did not need or want and the wrong tire size they mentioned that changing tires was not their thing that they were mechanics only but did roadside service here and there. not pleased at all with service or price. if you are looking for a tire change or repair please look elsewhere.

Had a great experience dealing with Nicholas. He advised me not to go with a local re-manufacturd turbo, but to buy one directly from Volvo. His mechanic had the old turbo off and the new one on in 1 day, as promised, and took care of a litney of other things on the tractor and trailer for an extremely fare price. Next time we are in Ontario, we'll be sure to go to Megatruck repair if we have any issues.

​Avoid at all costs – Dishonest and Unprofessional "I have been dealing with this shop since January 5th regarding a differential issue on my Peterbilt, and it has been a nightmare. I paid over $3,500 upfront for parts, yet no work has been done. The owner is a pathological liar; he repeatedly told me he was physically at the truck working, but every time I showed up, the truck was abandoned and leaking oil. ​The final straw was yesterday: he promised to send a tech with batteries, and I waited on the street for 4 hours in the cold. He ignored every single call and message while I sat there waiting. These people have no respect for the fact that a down truck means lost income, unpaid bills, and mounting insurance costs. They take your money, ignore your calls, and leave your equipment 'bleeding' oil. Save your business and stay far away from these scammers. Don't Don't Don't come to this place you will lose tons of money you will be treated dishonestly and disrespectfully There are many details in between it was really a daily story with this people Action in will take: 1- will call the police and make a report 2 - will hire an attorney to claim all the losses caused by them, sue them for the all coasts Will update this review accordingly as we are still in the situation

Careful with this place dishonest. Went in for oil change and didn't even grease my truck fully missed almost half. I asked if the had greased it correctly they said yes. I went under my truck and it was not greased. I called in. they went to my yard to redo it and even then promised me they did it right this time. . AND THEY DIDNT DO IT PROPERLY AGAIN. Inconvenience. I had to pay someone else to do it properly

Real happy I called these guys. Needed two trailer tires replaced roadside and brake line fitting replaced. Fast service. Nice guys. Much cheaper than big brand truck roadside service.
