6/18 Update: Well, my husband went back to use the Groupon for the oil change and was told by Benjamin, that they are no longer affiliated with Groupon. In fact, he said that they have been trying to get the business off of Groupon. Why weren’t we told that when we first tried to use it? Why have us reschedule, drive over from Manteca, just to be denied? You need to put this information on your website, so other people don’t waste their time. Now I have to hassle with Groupon to get a refund or credit. Horrible business practice! Apparently this place has only 1 oil tech who can do oil changes. I scheduled an appt online and when I showed up, the young man that was working the front said their oil guy was out sick. Only 1 other person waiting to be helped yet he was letting calls go unanswered. I showed him that I had a Groupon voucher and that’s when he said his oil tech was out. Then he said they were booked up until next Wednesday (6/11) but I asked if they had an opening for next Monday (6/9) and so he scheduled. I asked again if they accept the Groupon and he said “yeah”. I’m a bit skeptical after seeing the past reviews of other having issues with their vouchers. I’m praying I will not run into that problem next week. Customer service was horrible by that person, who seemed to give more attention to the guys in the back than to the customers in front of him.

They have an active Groupon that I purchased, and booked and confirmed my appointment, knowing I had a Groupon. When I got here, he said they are no longer accepting Groupons and quoted me $95 for a synthetic blend oil change. I will go to Midas since they have the coupon for $30 synthetic blend. I wish they would’ve told me that they couldn’t accommodate my appointment before I drove 30 minutes to the location.

I made an appointment two days ago, and I was told that the car check would be free. When I arrived, the appointment was not scheduled. Benji, in a very arrogant way, said he didn't know why I was told it would be free. He called the mechanic who made the appointment and asked if he would check my car for free. The mechanic agreed, but said that I had to wait about four hours. I have no problem paying the $200, but Benji's attitude is a red flag for the shop. I told him I would return later, but I will not be returning.

Bad customer service experience. Called in and spoke to a guy who identified himself as Ben. Told him I usually go to the other locations and use my Groupon certificates with no issues. He tells me that there are some issues with those Groupon certificates and that if I go in then he will be able to give me a pricing close to the Groupon pricing. I really didn’t want to drive to the other locations because ceres location was closer to me. I went in and he told me the best he can do is 90 bucks for a regular synthetic oil change. I showed him with the Groupon certificate it was only going to cost me 37.50. He could have just told me that over the phone and I would not have wasted my time going there. They really should stop advertising on Groupon if they can’t honor those prices. I’ll never go back there again.

I went for oil change and tire rotation with coupon he wanted to see the actual e mail when it’s available on the website to anyone, they didn’t set the tires to the right air lbs , and I am almost sure I had metal air valve caps and they switched them for cheap plastic ones.

I've been going to them for a few years. Good service, professional and friendly. *edit I came to get my oil changed as I have for several years. Never had a problem until this time. I arrived for my appointment only to have to wait an extended time while they sorted out a problem with the customer before me. I don't mind waiting but 30 minutes is excessive- they could've started on my car then continued with the other customer. I was told it would take 25-30 minutes. It ended up taking 45..fine let me pay and leave. After 15 more minutes I had to hunt down someone to take my money. (And FYI to the mechanic who did come to ring me out- don't call a woman sweetheart multiple times) Got into my car and they hadn't reset the computer to stop showing "maintenance needed". For a 25-30 minute ,it took them 90 minutes. Next time I'll reconsider Meineke...( and if you're going to charge to accept debt cards ,you need to post it like everyone else does) Dropping your star count...

There service manager was dressed unprofessional and did not inform me that they subleted my car to another shop for an alignment and overcharged me by telling the alignment shop to just set the toe adjustment on all for wheels I asked for a 4wheel alignment so I felt cheated. I wouldn't recommend their shop.to anyone.

Person at desk was great had more knowledge then the mechanic..Will not be back to this location..they didn't do all service I ask for ..finished it in the parking lot ..left my car wide open while waiting on part ..its not the nicest location..they also didn't know we're my cabin filter was

Went back for an oil change transmission & differential they've also done my water pump but they didn't top off my transmission fluid so I did it myself & my truck is running fine, but as responsible car owners we gotta know how to maintain our vehicles these guys do a great job but they also got a lot on their shoulders.

I had a great experience at Meineke with Sergio, the mechanic. He thoroughly inspected my Honda Pilot, lifted it up, and clearly explained what needed to be fixed. Since I don’t have much knowledge about car repairs, I really appreciated his detailed explanations. A week after the repairs, my car is running smoothly—alignment is perfect, the wheels are balanced, and the timing belt is quiet. I’m glad he recommended replacing the entire components kit along with the timing belt. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and how my car is performing. Representative( Benjamin) at the desk was helpful too with the breakdowns of each repairs and costs. Glad that I was able to review the details on my phone

Front lady was nice other hand i was charged over 45$ to change a light bulb . why did you give me the cheapest bulb that stopped working a week later . No good Went to autozone and bulb was worth less then 8$ And was helped to change it free

This was my first and likely last visit to Meineke. I arrived approximately 20 minutes early for my scheduled appointment, yet was not checked in until 10 minutes after the appointment time. I was then informed that, despite having a confirmed appointment, there was a possibility they might not be able to service my vehicle due to a staffing issue and the presence of a walk-in customer. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of follow-through. No inspection was completed, and I have no way of verifying that a tire rotation was actually performed—especially considering the tire pressure (PSI) was noticeably unbalanced across all four tires. Additionally, the fluids were not topped off, which is typically a basic part of routine maintenance. Overall, the lack of professionalism and attention to detail was disappointing.

Overall it was an ok experience but they didnt top off my fluids like windshield fluid. First time I've not had that filled. Then I was told price and I asked if that was it and he said yes. Then when I went to pay he said it was 4% to use card. I understand but should have been quoted price assuming I was using card not cash.

After visiting multiple shops for a vibration issue on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler and being told nothing was wrong, I knew something wasn’t right. A family friend recommended Meineke, he mentioned that they were under new ownership, so I gave them a try and I’m glad I did. The staff was friendly and professional from the start. They took the time to properly diagnose the issue and found that the transmission needed to be replaced. They helped source a quality replacement, and now my Jeep drives like it did when I first bought it. Honest, knowledgeable, and reliable.
