“I couldn’t be happier with the service I received at at Meineke! From start to finish, the Travis and his team was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was in top shape. Travis the Manager, took the time to explain the repairs in detail, were upfront about the costs, and finished the work even earlier than expected. The staff were very friendly and tried to keep me updated but it took entirely too long. I was there over 3 hours for an oil change. Once it was complete they offered additional services, which one service was an air filter. I opted to take them up on replacing my air filter but had no idea that they had to get it from somewhere else, which would explain why I didn’t see anyone working on my car and why I was still waiting over 30 minutes from the time when he offered the additional service. They call me up to mage payment as if the air filter had been put it but it hadn’t. I told them I didn’t see anyone put it in and they say it’s still on the way, at this point I’m upset because why take my money for a service not yet provided; as I’m about to ask for a refund there air filter finally shows up. They were also supposed to rotate my tires, which I don’t think they did again the staff was was very friendly. I won’t take anything away from the staff and the lady at the front desk, but it should not have taken three hours for an oil change and a tire rotation or to put in an air filter.

Absolutely awful experience. I had an appointment for an oil change at 1pm, I think it was probably 3pm before they got started on my car. Everyone in the lobby has their phone blaring as loud as possible. I had a coupon for said oil change and dude said it didn't include the oil filter, I said yes it did, it was on the fine print at the bottom, he replied again that it didn't, that the coupon wasn't what it said it was, it was more like just $20 off. Eventually we figured out some middle ground. They put in writing my air filter needed changing and that it was required when it was barely dirty. They didn't do my tire rotation, but didn't tell me afterwards till why, but we still could have rotated them left to right. On top of all that my car smelled funky afterwards and there were cigarette ashes on my steering wheel. I will never go back to a Meineke again.

Was in town visiting family, ready to head home, whem my brakes started grinding bad. So, I called and talked with the manager, Travis. This is at 4pm the afternoon before leaving. Travis said if I could get to the shop before 5, he would give it an inspection and figure out what was going on and give an estimate. Anyway, I can tell you that metal on metal is not an option when staring at a 1400 mile trip. So, I was thinking I was going to be staying a few more days but when Kielley the service advisor told me they had what I needed and could have me out of there in about an hour, I was floored. In the end, they stayed open a bit later to finish the work! The cost...was fair but irrelevant because I wasn't going anywhere without the work. My hat's off to the crew at Meineke for their Top Tier customer service.

The staff is very friendly. However, service was terrible. I have never in my life waited 4 hours for an oil change. The did a diagnostic test and let me know about my brakes and rotors. My brakes are brand new. I know because I bought at Napa and had a friend change them. The rotors need to be changed. The battery was replaced. I feel I was overcharged. I was given a card with a discount to be used the next time but not sure if I will go back. This was my first and my last.

I had a really good experience at Meinike. They did a full diagnosis of my car before getting my main service done which was rear break replacement, oil change & oil flush. They gave me a really detailed breakdown of what I need to get done on the car going forward. My breaks have been squeaking for a year now. I no longer hear anything & they work perfectly now. Great service & quick turn around. I’ll be back for more.

Dropped my car off here for a 11am appointment. They calls me at 5pm (hour before closing). They haven't even looked at it. It was just a simple oil change. Now I'm searching for a oil change before everyone else closes.

Usually have good services at the quick lube spots ive been to in the past this time i felt like i had to leave a review. I came in last week for a quote on a tuneup and the Service desk manager kielly said it would barely under an hour and that shes “got me”. Needless to say i was waiting for near an hour and a half and it wasn't even that busy. I had asked multiple times if everything was going smoothly and if itd be long but all i got each time was “oh it shouldnt be too long honey lemme go check with the technician”. It was a long wait still! This service manager seemed like she was chillin the whole time on her phone and in and out of the bathroom more than a few times. It seemed very unprofessional but I definitely suspect she had some sort of substance the way she was moving around! Be better save your time folks this doesn't seem like a shop id wanna spend my money and time at!

Arrived 10 minutes early for a 1:00pm oil change appointment. They were not done with my car until 2:45 pm. The wait time for completion was unacceptable. The service advisor did discuss replacing the air and cabin filters, as well as tire replacement. Neither of those items factored into the wait time. Upon return of my car, the soiled paper floor mat was left in the car for ME to dispose of. Additionally, the oil change notification for my car was not reset, and no Meineke sticker was placed on the windshield for my next mileage marker for oil change. I have another appointment for this week to replace tires. I'm very apprehensive following through with it after this recent experience. I don't want to risk sitting for 3 hours for a tire replacement or other details missed in the work.

I usually never have issues. I get all my vehicles serviced here as well. I did a free check and found out my transmission is out (great service). While it was there someone stole everything out of the car. Left no crumbs! I'm sure it wasn't them but my doors must have been unlocked!

Travis is the best manager and mechanic this store has ever had. I've been taking my car there for years. Overall he is the best. The desk receptionist is also wonderful. I didn't get her name but she assured me that I would get to work on time. She's extremely kind and knowledgeable.

I arrived at the facility with a discounted oil change from Groupon. The associate instructed me that my Groupon didn’t cover the full cost of what I needed and I would need to buy the more expensive Groupon option. Add the proceeding to to buy the new option that was more expensive. She showed me a printout and that I would need an oil filter that cost $35 and that the Groupon only covered oil filter filters that cost $5.99. This was a huge increase in price. I agreed to proceed with the oil change entire rotation options that were reflected in my Groupon, and that will be honored by Meineke. Change, the receptionist pulled me to the back and suggested that I get a cleaning done which would normally cost $20 and that she would discount it to $9.99. Yet again increasing the price from the original $40 that I paid for my Groupon. Check out the price grew from $40-$93, needless to say I feel cheated. I feel lied too, and I feel taking advantage of. This leaves me feeling like mechanics are bigger liars than lawyers, because if you knew that you weren’t going to honor the Groupon in any way then why advertise it. I would have felt a little bit better if they had given me a bit of a discount from the full price, but there was no discount given outside of the extra service(cleaning), which I did not come there to receive. They also failed to honor the Tire rotation that was reflected on my Groupon. It wasn’t done, and the receptionist instructed me to get the rotation on the next visit. On another note, the staff is uncommonly unfriendly. I must’ve walked by at least six employees and only the female worker would speak to me or acknowledge me now I’ve come to expect this if there is a language barrier between me and the workers, but this was not that sort of situation. I will never recommend this shop to anyone that I know, and I hope that this review finds the owner of the shop and its employees, and motivates them to uphold a professional & honest standard. What was good? The softness of the receptionist, but she was most likely taught to have great bedside manner in order to swindle their customers. The bathroom was clean. It took over an hour to do service that was projected to take 45 minutes, and I had an appointment at 9:00 AM.

I can't say enough good things about Meineke on Beatties Ford Rd! First off Jeff made the experience very streamlined and quick. It was a quick process! He communicated with Silver Rock for me and had his mechanics complete the job in the same day! Communication was clear and the work was impeccable! Appt was at 930am didn’t leave till 1:00 . For a job that only took 30-45 minutes, once the work actually began , after I asked questions …. Watched my car sit in the bay unattended more than it was attended to. Did receive a discount because of the lack of communication while sitting and waiting. Bill was still extremely high. Because of “ hours of labor “ I was charged for that didn’t actually occur. But I needed my car fixed bad, so I paid. Car runs better 🤷🏽♀️

Travis and Kylie are the managers there, and they are kind people but they should hire a better service team. Took my car here January 17th for a diagnostics test, left with steering wheel damage & a set of keys in my car that belonged to another customer (with their personal information attached). Here we are almost 2 months later and the solution their incompetent district manager tried to offer me was a steering wheel cover. The situation has been escalated, but just be weary that the staff is VERY careless when it comes to your property and if you run into any issues they will give you the run around to get it resolved! I wouldn’t dare get serviced by them!
