I needed batteries for my Toyota ket. And was heading out to Toyota, which is about 5 miles away and I saw the sign that said Firestone complete auto care so I thought OK so I stopped and got not only the batteries but help getting the batteries put into my phone by Damien DAMIEN Jones. Before my retirement, I spent alot of time at this location in Park Road Shopping Center having my company car serviced. WONDERFUL Customer Service , but non existent WiFi and no place to work . At last , someone listened and added work spaces , privacy areas for business conversations , and coffee etc. Kudos to you ! I think there is still room for some more work stations , just saying !

I wasn’t texted or called when the vehicle was ready for pickup as promised, this was verified via call/text log. Upon calling the next day after making arrangements to be without a vehicle I was informed it was ready the evening before. After arrival back at the store the outside night pickup key box was broken and the key to the vehicle trapped inside, per the store they have no ability to manually open and have to call their corporate. After waiting roughly 45 minutes, the box was electronically opened and I was able to check out. No manager apology, no manager interaction, no offer of any discount of any kind for the lack of communication the day before or their system keeping me stranded at the store.

This afternoon I started my car only to find a flat tire. I started another garage and came to the situation that I was lacking the wheel locks needed to remove the tire. The shop confirmed they looked for them everywhere but I would have to go to the dealership to have them broken. As a last ditch effort I called Firestone to ask if they had the right size extractor tool and the store manager Kendall explained he would have to see the car to be able to tell me what he could do and if I had a second I could swing by at that moment and he would look. He gave me the bad news of the difficulty of the repair and asked if I was sure the wheel locks weren’t in the vehicle. I told him the other shop had looked everywhere but if he wanted to look he was welcome. If you’re still reading imagine my surprise when he finds them in less than 60 seconds. Then he tells me they can do the repair immediately even without an appointment. And then my estimate is a fifth of what I was expecting to pay! 45 mins later I’m on my way, tire repaired, wallet not completely drained! I now know to start with Firestone! The technician who did the repair was extremely respective, asking every time he needed to remove a personal item from my trunk to do the repair. The remodeled wait room is clean, comfortable and has a child play area that would have made waiting with my 3 kids bearable! Highly highly recommend!

My tire pressure light came on when I left work after I had filled my tires with air just a couple of days prior. Diego and his coworkers were able to fit me in right before they closed and they found the puncture in my tire, patched it up for me, tested the tire to make sure the patch held, and even showed me the tire pressure that they measured after fixing the tire. Everyone was so kind and willing to help and I appreciate their hard work!

I called in as a walk in request due to a nail in my tire. Staff greeted me upon arrival, told me they were fully booked and a fleet of corporate cars were coming in the next day so they were unsure of timeframe they could get my vehicle back to me. They called me to tell me it was ready not even 5 hours later - I was super grateful and appreciative of their attentive care to me as a customer that had no appointment or time expectation. The plug for the tire was only $34 and they filled up the air on all of my other tires as well - excellent customer service and care

As I have been to many a Firestone in my lifetime, I am extremely impressed with this particular location (4305 Park Rd. In Charlotte, NC). I had the unfortunate experience of my car not starting while I was out of town. I made arrangements to have my car serviced at the nearest Firestone and Kenny ensured they would do their best to get my car up and running so I could get back home. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Kenny who expedited the entire process. Typically, I have to plan for Firestone to take up my whole day but they were extremely quick in diagnosing the issue and fixing my vehicle. I also want to note how up to date and modern the inside of the facility was. The waiting area has comfortable seating and workstations to set up a laptop while you wait. Even the coffee machine is extravagant as you can select a variety of beverages to include cappuccino, hot chocolate, tea, and many more. There is even a selection of items you can purchase of handy items while you wait. All in all, I wish all Firestones were set up like this. From the amazing customer service I experienced from Kenny, Damien, and Garrett to the relaxing, modern waiting area, my trip to Firestone was positively memorable.

Worst service in Charlotte. Went for a simple oil change with an appointment at noon and was given an estimate of 1.5 hours (which is already crazy). I waited for 1.5 hours and then asked for an estimate on how much longer it would be and was told that they hadn’t even pulled my vehicle into the bay and it would be another 45 minutes but that “they are pulling your car around now to work on it”. I left and saw my vehicle still sitting in the back waiting to be taken in, so they clearly lied. It is currently 2.54pm and I have only just gotten my vehicle back. It had been many years since I last used this Firestone and now I remember why. Never coming here ever again. At the very least they should have the decency of being honest.

If I could give Firestone zero stars, I would. This place is not just unprofessional — they are dangerously negligent. A couple months ago, I brought my car in and was told my brake fluid was leaking. Fast forward, I go back for a full vehicle inspection and they tell me nothing about a brake fluid leak- instead, they claim my brake pads are at 4 mm and try to sell me a ~$700 brake job. When I asked why there was no record of the brake fluid issue they previously told me about, suddenly ~ thirty minutes later ~ the mechanic “takes another look” and magically “finds” the brake fluid leak they missed the first time. Brake fluid leaking can cause complete brake failure while driving, and these people somehow didn’t think that was important enough to catch during a paid inspection? Completely unacceptable. So I took my car to another auto shop. Not only did they do a full inspection for free (Firestone charges $25), but they also told me that whoever changed my oil screwed the oil cap on crooked, something Firestone didn’t catch during the inspection I paid for. A crooked oil cap can cause oil loss, damage the oil pan, or fall out while driving. Again,another potentially catastrophic, life-threatening issue that Firestone missed entirely. To make it worse, the new shop measured my brake pads at 5 mm, not 4 mm, and told me they do NOT need to be replaced yet. So Firestone tried to upsell unnecessary work AND failed to identify serious safety issues… twice. I am absolutely baffled and disgusted by the lack of care, accuracy, and honesty. Firestone missed the TWO issues that could have literally caused me to crash or lose my brakes on the road. I will never return, and I strongly recommend others stay far, far away from these scammers.

I highly recommend this Firestone location. I’ve been taking my car here for service for 4-5 years now. In the past I had driven my vehicle ~2hrs out of town to my father’s dealership any time the car needed service but I started using this location after a visit in 2021 when I had run over a nail. When I called they were about an hour from closing but said I could leave it overnight so I showed up a few minutes later. After seeing I was pregnant and downloading uber to get home they ended up plugging my tire then instead of having me wait until the next day. Since then I’ve had both regular maintenance and repairs done here. They’ve always explained things that’s easy to understand for someone who knows nothing about cars. I love that they go the extra mile to make sure I understand everything before asking me to make any decisions. Very trustworthy location!

This Firestone location has some extremely friendly and efficient workers (Diego and Garret if I remember correctly) that make any car related issues much more pleasant. I recently moved to the area and have taken my cars here multiple times in the past 4 months for a variety of issues. Highly recommend this location. Diego and the team were phenomenal. I had an issue with my alternator belt (like it was not in my car when I showed up there, MAJOR ISSUE) and the team greeted me and met me with a sense of urgency. They did what they could to get me in as soon as possible, were friendly, and transparent with pricing. Shoutout to the girl mechanic who is breaking glass ceilings there! I didn’t get her name, but she clearly explained the situation and was transparent with pricing before the service. New to the state and can confidently say this will be my #1 choice to go for all my car needs. Thanks team!

I had an alignment done at the N. Tryon location on Sunday and they messed my vehicle up. Called this location on Tuesday after making sure I wasn’t going crazy. They scheduled me for today 2/27/26. They confirmed that my alignment was done incorrectly judging by the paperwork from the previous location. Kaleb serviced my vehicle this go around and he did a phenomenal job!! He was very knowledgeable and personable. Thank you so much Kaleb and everyone else involved in the care of my vehicle!!
