I had an exemplary experience working with the team at Firestone. Fabulous customer service with Hailey, ALWAYS! She is so helpful, kind, and happy to help however she can. My services were done in a reasonable time and cost effective way. The new building is also really cool, has great options for snacks and drinks, and even cool more private cubbyholes to work or wait for my car aside from a lovely lobby that also features a very cute play area for kids.

Love what they did here. I know they are working out the kinks, but love the new equipment that told me my tire condition as I walked in. Also, my husband is looking for a new truck, and once he gets it, we’ll be back for some of their new accessories. Good stuff firestone.

Wow! I really love what they did to our firestone store. I made an appointment for 2pm, and pulled right over to their new front door. As I walked in I was greeted and shown the results of my tires and alignment. Turns out I needed an alignment, and 2 front tires. I wasn’t able to make it back in time before they closed and so the manager was able to put the keys in an Amazon locker type machine in the back that allowed me to pay and pick up my car at 9:30pm! Team was great, and love the new technology they have.

Beautiful store and love the team. We have been going for the last 15 years and were disappointed when we saw the store was closed. We drove by last week and love the new design. We made an appointment online for some tires and we impressed how friendly everyone was. My kids love the kid area and all the snacks. I was able to take a quick call for work at the new private areas they have. The manager explained that this is a new test for them, and if you ask my husband and I, we love it!

Go to the one on the other side of Charlotte. Not worth the time. I had an appt at 5pm yet when coming in after beating traffic and taking the day off to get this inspection I walk in and I man doesn’t greet me only stares at the computer and says they can not take me what so ever until next Tuesday and said he had been sending emails about cancellations, next thing ya know another women pulls up not of my skin tone and gets serviced, pretty sad if you ask me.

Get all my alignments done there,alignment teck is Ron, this store will be closing after Sunday June 9th 2024 for renovation for several months, but they have another location on Park rd. Ron will be working at that location until the renovation is finished, that address is 10731 park rd.
