James was great! I live in Charleston, SC, but I needed a mechanic to check out a truck that my 17-yr old son wanted to purchase from a private seller in Charlotte. White Raven Mobile was available to meet us the same day I called. He inspected the truck, gave us his report, encouraged us to be mindful of a few important future repairs (it was an older truck), and then followed up with me that evening to get an update on our test drive and purchase. This guy was rude and tried to overcharge me for brakes and rotors on one side. When I called him out on his pricing and told him I’ll find someone else. He decided to text me a rude message. Not Professional at all ! Plenty of other HONEST mechanics in town . I wouldn’t deal with this guy.

I have used White Raven on multiple occasions over the past couple years. He always communicates well. He has fixed multiple issues on multiple vehicles of mine. And some of them have been pretty unique challenges but we have always gotten it fixed. He also will look to figure out the most cost effective way to get it fixed and is very transparent about that through the whole process. - I trust him over pretty much any mechanic in the Charlotte area, and it’s not close. Appreciate all the help.

I have a flatbed hotshot business. My truck broke down at pickup. He told me he will be there within 1hr and was there before 1hr. When he came out he did a full inspection and found out it was the water pump. He help me find the part and replaced everything for way less than a shop. He is truly a life saver/ load saver!!! The service was fast and wonderful. I never seen someone put a belt on so fast!!
