Scott SAVED MY HIND PARTS!!! I cannot impress upon you enough, if you are reading this review, to use him for your dent repairs. He has been doing this for 23 years, he is skilled (DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME KIDS!!), professional, and an all around nice guy! He enjoys what he does and it shows! Scott is a great guy who does great work at a fair price. Some totes fell on my wife's 2009 Challenger and put a couple of big dings above and below the body line. Scott is THE MAN! He provided the best client experience I’ve received in all of 2021! From the moment he responded to my inquiry to the time we shook hands to say goodbye- the service was impeccable. He kept me informed and up to date while trying to schedule coming out to meet me. He came to my office making it even more convenient. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. I haven’t even mentioned the fact that he restored my car back to its new condition! It was as if the incident didn’t even happen. I am so pleased with this service and end result that I’ve already shared his contact info with several people in my work and neighborhood. I backed into a snow blower I had hanging in my garage with my 2024 Maverick. Scott came out this morning and repaired it. It was in the feature line which I knew could be a little harder to fix. He was here about 90 minutes but I can't tell there was a ding there. He does good work and I highly recommend him.

Scott is an outstanding craftsman and a wonderful person! I fellowshiped with him as he repaired my daughter’s XC60 Volvo. I learned that the PDR was secondary to meeting a fantastic individual. About the car: It was damaged by the hailstorm in Greensboro this year. I used AI to identify the very best PDR service, and it named Scott number one. I had a 4 1/2 dent in the back panel of my car. I took it to the dealership where I’m paying for an expensive extended warranty. Their estimate was over $3,000. This included repainting the panel when parts had to be removed and replaced. After some online research. I found Scott from Piedmont Paintless Dent Repair. I sent him photos and his estimate was $499. BIG DIFFERENCE! We arranged for him to come out. (Another perk where they come to YOU!) He worked on the dent for about an hour and removed the dent without replacing body trims and no painting. The dent was removed without any other repairs needed. The result was fantastic. Scott was such a professional and very friendly. I highly recommend him and his company for dent removals.
