I can’t describe how grateful I am to people working at Maineke for their help, empathy and transparency. I came to them with a used car that four other repair shops refused to even discuss. Here I’ve been given all possible advice and answers to all my questions for free. I had to pay only for the services the car actually needed and everything was solved in 24 hours. Ill never stop giving 5stars to this Meineke car care because theyve continued to satisfy me for thier good service and part of it is the honest to goodness doing what's best for my car needed to care for. Thanks to Lewis and the best service man team of Rossville ! Good job guys ! Updating my past few days of getting another very satisfactory AC service that makes our car civic honda feels winterlike in the car thanks for making it happened by the dependable good service of this car care in Rossville from Lewis the manager and to the expertise of the AC technician named Aaron from last week but today 7/30/25 ill have my Pathfinder help the AC cools better ill do the update later after done ? Updating the series satisfactory service after fixing the AC of my Pathfinder enjoying the cool inspite of the heatwave 90's but very happy for the AC tech named JOE good job guys ! Bait-and-Switch Pricing – Completely Unacceptable I am beyond frustrated with Meineke’s dishonest pricing practices. I called ahead specifically to ask how much a full synthetic oil change would cost and was told $69.99. No “starting at.” Just $69.99. It’s now clear that I may have been speaking to a call center that takes appointments, not the actual shop. Even so, when I was given the price, no one asked which Meineke location I planned to book with, nor did they say pricing could vary by shop. A price is a price—especially when you don’t bother to clarify otherwise. When my 21-year-old son went in for that exact service, they suddenly charged him $89.99 instead. No explanation, no justification—just a higher price than what was quoted on the phone. Is age a factor in how you decide what to charge? To make matters worse, when I originally called for the price, they completely failed to mention that they also charge an additional $9.99 for the oil filter. That’s not a small detail—that’s part of an oil change. Failing to disclose that upfront is misleading and deceptive. I then called Louis, the shop manager, to address this. Instead of owning the issue or making it right, I got a list of excuses and absolutely nothing done to resolve the problem. No adjustment and no accountability. If you’re going to quote a price, honor it. Don’t bait customers with one number and inflate the bill once they’re already in the shop. This kind of behavior destroys trust, and for a routine oil change, it’s inexcusable. I won’t be returning, and I strongly suggest others get everything in writing before going to Meineke—or better yet, take your business somewhere that values honesty and transparency.

Honestly this is the best place ever . I just moved in the area and I didn’t know where to go. I searched places around I found them. I needed to change oil I went there with no appointment at all they took me in in less than 10 minutes. They did the service they checked everything. The best part of this shop is that THEY TELL YOU IF YOU ACTUALLY NEED THIS REPAIR OR NOT. My car was making noise from rear wheel, so I took it to the shop, and because I did brake pad couple months ago (with their lifetime warranty), couldn't be pads problem. It was rotor, but wear and tear. They honestly told me this won't affect safety, and it's a pricey repair ($700). Other shops probably made do that repair; they didn't. With honestly information given, the decision was really up to me. I don't see any flaws with two factors I look for auto shops, honesty and quality, from them.

I brought my car in for a loud noise coming from underneath when driving that happened while I was on the highway. They took a look at my car and didn’t notice anything and one of the employees took it for a test drive and immediately noticed that the studs on one of my tires were missing, cracked, and easily able to be removed! I am so grateful he was able to pick it up quick because it could have been a dangerous day for me. It took 2 days because the entire bearing needed to be replaced. They really took incredible care of me and my car. They even extended me the curtesy of making sure I got home while I had to leave my car there. I’ll never go anywhere else!

Great experience and first time client of this location. Lou was so nice, his staff was also so friendly and his mechanics are very well skilled. They repaired my Audi quickly for me and got everything resolved so I'm back on the road in a safe car. They even went above and beyond by taking pictures of the broken parts and showed me the things that were hard to see behind the engine. Their prices were fair and honest. I would highly recommend them for not only muffler work but your everyday repairs and car maintenance. I will be using this shop for now on to service my car. Thank you guys for all your help this past week!
