I have a 2005 Chevy equinox LS, I purchased the vehicle new.. I take good care of my car . And I appreciated the service at Brooklyn Coney Island avenue Meineke shop.. (it did cost me .and….with a one year warranty) it was a Nice experience, manager answered all my questions, professional, completed job in good timing, comfortable waiting area, clean shop.. and a job well done .., I will recommend them to family and friend

I was able to make an appointment the same day I needed the service. Free quote turned into my problems with my exhaust being taken care of a long with an oil change and inspection. Fresh cold water, coffee and a working bathroom was a nice waiting area with other deli's near by. The owner was genuine and even pointed out the problems. They found more problems as they did a thorough check on my vehicle. I'm very happy with the service

Well as usual with me, i got to my appointment early. The person who took care of my needs was very well mannered and got me started right away. He explained to me what they found after inspecting the exhaust. I decided to go with the repair. It took about 1 hrs and 45mi to finish. I was showed to my car once I finished paying for the job. The car was ready to go, I was very happy to hear my car running well again. They did an excellent job. I would recommend this place to anyone. They do just about everything for your car. I went there cause they have a good reputation and that's music to my ears. Thank you Meineke!

Horrible service when I arrived the mechanic was smoking weed while working on cars .. and I was over charged for a light bulb and tires. mechanic were very rude! I WOULD NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. The lady at the front desk has no customer service skills, takes very long to get any task done and she had an attitude the moment I walked in. I didn’t feel welcomed at this place. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a valid coupon for preventative maintenance that the owner refused to accept. It lists the services of fluid checks and changes as covered, but the owner said that it was only for flushes. The staff was pleasant and I understand they were just doing what the owner said, but it was still extremely frustrating. Why have coupons for that location on the website and not honor them? Again, the staff was respectful, but such poor management for the shop. Highly disappointed in the experience. UPDATE: I reached out to the owner and was able to get the coupon applied. I’m satisfied that my concern was taken seriously. While it shouldn’t have taken a public review for this to happen, I’m glad I was heard and would return to this business.

I’ve brought my vehicle to this Meineke location several times now—always for different maintenance needs—and every single visit has been exceptional. I drive a company fleet vehicle, so all expenses are covered by my employer, but I want to be clear: if this were my personal car, I would gladly pay out of pocket to have their team work on it. Their service is consistently reliable, honest, and done right the first time. I’ve never needed to return for a correction, which says everything. My new goto place for auto care in Brooklyn; that requires a certain set of skills. Quick and reliable service! I had a great first experience with this auto repair service, and I will continue to use them in the future. They were competent, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. Although what I had done to my SUV seemed rather minor to me(replacing & resetting the tire pressure sensors and 2 front tires), a major competitor located in downtown Brooklyn was unable to complete the job efficiently. Meineke’s employees level of courtesy and professionalism is was also much better, and what one would expect as a valued customer. My only issue with this experience was the location. This business deserves a bigger more convenient location. I wasn’t mentally prepared for the rush hour traffic on Coney Island Avenue on a weekday morning. It was a challenge, coming from the downtown direction, to actually drive into the garage. Coming from that direction you may need an extra 20 minutes before your appointment, just so you can turn around.
