I had a great experience with the Meineke in Arlington. Earle was friendly and helpful, and when it initially seemed they didn’t have a part required for an oil change on my model, he made several phone calls to help me out. He ended up being able to get it done there that same day. I’ve struggled to find a reliable local spot for servicing, and am grateful to know there’s a wonderful option nearby. I just got off the phone with someone that works there. He was completely unprofessional when asking questions he laughed in my face and asked me "what the hell is that" instead of politely saying he didn't know the answer. When asking other questions he continued to laugh with his coworkers in the background making me feel completely uncomfortable to even ask the questions about my car.

I visited this location 8AM on a Saturday morning for a mass air flow sensor and the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. However, he informed me that they would not be able to service my vehicle and help me since they were closing at 2PM that day. The sign on the door and online clearly stated that they were open until 4PM. He told me that was false information and it hadn't been updated. Even if this was correct information, I would still think that 6 to 8 hours (if 4PM was their closing time) would be sufficient time to diagnose and replace a mass air flow sensor. I had done lengthy research the night before and had planned to visit this location since it was near my place of residence. It's disappointing that they could not be of help and turned me away.

I recently took my car to the dealership for its 90,000-mile inspection and was shocked by the amount of work they thought it needed—and how much it would cost me. As I went around looking for lower quotes, I stopped in at Meineke in Arlington, where I spoke to Earle. He immediately started figuring out how to save me money. He made the case that one huge brake-related job the dealer had recommended was unnecessary, and that we could resolve a couple of other pricey issues with quick, inexpensive fixes. Meineke ended up doing two big jobs for me, which cost me a bundle, but in the course of things they saved me nearly $3,000. Earle seemed to genuinely want me to be happy with their work. I was!

My fiancee brought her 2005 Toyota Rav 4 in this week. Earl and the team were friendly and patient with us. Earl took a great deal of photos to show us what she needed. The entire team at Meineke did a wonderful job and quality workmanship to ensure her vehicle was safe to drive. We thank you all. The staff did not charge anything for an hour long diagnosis. : ) If you need work done on your car... see the folks at Meineke Arlington, MA. Update: We had another visit here at Meineke in Arlington some ten days later. A check engine light was on. Earl was gracious and friendly as before.
