The work took a lot longer than I was told it would. Also the manager gave me a price over the phone and then when I checked out it was significantly higher. I asked out the door price and he didn’t disclose random shop fees on top of taxes, labor and parts. Wasn’t happy paying more than I was told. He also wouldn’t honor a coupon I had.

I had an issue where my vehicle stopped being able to accelerate on the freeway, and managed make it to Meineke. They diagnosed and fixed the problem and got my vehicle fixed in a few hours. I very much appreciated them helping in my time of need.

Right before I was about to buy a new car I took it over here to have them check it out for me. Oscar was the best! He looked over everything for me and even brought me back to show me and explain to me exactly what needed to be replaced or fixed.
