I recently had some work done on my car at Meister Werks in Renton and the service was amazing they are so fair and honest and I never feel taken advantage of!! I used to take my car to the dealership but I always felt like I was getting upsold and would leave feeling unhappy. Meister Werks is so great and they take the time to explain what's going on and I never feel price gouged, and the customer service is wonderful. FIVE STARS all the way around!!

Just did A3 Mercedes service on my GLE53, soon as I heard they were talking in German I knew they would do such a fantastic job. There is slight coolant leaking, though it’s not major problem, Dave still printed out few pictures so I can easily understand what is wrong, I was surprised because I never seen any other car shop would be so detailed and honest. People that work there are professional and knowledgeable. Definitely would come back with any further service. By the way they have the lowest quote after I called 5 different car shop that work on german cars.

Even though I moved to Renton 3+ years ago, I continued to drive to Lake Union to have my BMW serviced. I'm a creature of habit. I finally decided to try to go 'local' and took my car Meisterwerks. I don't profess to be "automotive knowledgable" and rely on the shop to educate me, and answer questions in a manner that I can understand so I can make qualified decisions. I definitely got that from Meisterwerks. Dave was patient and thorough and gave me options. They were very communicative throughout the process. I always felt 'in the know'. The team is also really nice and easy to talk with. Everyone that I've met, especially Dave and Jasmin, have been wonderful. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Ma’am when I tell you, you get A1 number one service at this master works on Park Avenue. I could you not. I took my 2017 Volkswagen Passat. In for servicing. Not only did they service my car they cleaned my car when I opened the hood to put in wiper washer fluid to my surprise they had brought my dirty dusty under the hood back to life. It looks brand new. These guys are amazing if you have a German or import car give them a call.

My Dad had this Mini Cooper from Day 1 - He let me drive it on and off over the years. I finally talked him into selling it to me a few years ago so you might understand why I LOVE it so much! It's my other baby! Check out the work I had done to bring it back to life. I brought my 2011 X6M on a referral after my rear compressor went out on my air bag suspension. Suspecting I'd need breaks as well I had Dave do the work for that. The break work was done perfectly. The rear air bag suspension was instead replaced with a coil over system so that I could get the car lowered as well. It took a little time to get the kit made and ordered in but came within the window expected. The team worked hard and stayed in constant contact with me as they were getting the project done. Dave even 3d printed some extra parts for a better fit. I am very pleased with the communication and outcome. Dave and Jasmin were a pleasure to work with especially given the constant communication. they were even able to lend me a car for a big portion of the time saving me some $ on a rental. I'll continue to use them as my team for regular servicing and anything else that I may need in the future. I would refer them out to anyone including my own family.

Dave kept me informed all the way through and didn’t pressure me at all when it came to what to do with my car. My car has a lot more to do and Dave made it easy for me to make the best decisions for myself :). When I can finish the rest of the work I will be back with excitement. Dave and his team are extremely thorough with their inspections, diagnosis, and repairs on my E30. On top of the requested service, they went through the car, bumper to bumper, and itemized anything they saw that needed addressing. Communication was excellent, and they even cleaned up any dirt and debris from the engine bay. Attention to detail is top notch! They have my future business, and they should have yours.

I brought "Baby," my '90 Rover Mini Cooper, to Meister Werks and asked that they do a bumper to bumper check up then report to me their findings. She had been garaged without much maintenance for a few years. Not a surprise I was told Baby needed some repairs and replace of parts. However, finding the parts for my classic mini turned out to be a bit of a challenge. The owner, Dave, met the challenge head on and was tenacious in his hunt. He was able to have all the needed parts shipped and, with Micha's patience and senior certification skills as Baby's personal mechanic, she was restored nearly to her original self! Meister Werks is the place I will continue to bring my beloved Cooper to for her maintenance. Thank you Dave, Micha and Jasmine - awesome service!

I had bought a maserati that the engine was a lemon. Got raked over the coals with maserati of Seattle, and nothing got repaired. Almost gave up on the car until i gave it to miesterworks. Im super grateful i found them. Not only are they super professional i can tell that they care about my car as much as i do. They put a new engine in and had zero problems whatsoever, and i felt comfortable enough with their work to upgrade the intake and exhaust to push it to the limit. I always leave with a smile on my face when i pick up my car. I cannot reccomend these guys enough. I blindly put my faith in them to resolve my issues and they pulled through for me and then some. I don't want anybody else touching my car now.
