This Les Schwab has always been great to me, but this experience was over the top. As I was getting into my vehicle in Seattle, I noticed the right rear was flat, then spotted the nail sticking out of it. I didn’t have time for a repair in the city and also time to make it to daycare before they closed, so I filled the tire in town, and carefully drove to pickup my toddler. With toddler in hand I began to call the Renton and Issaquah tire places that were all near closing as it was now evening. No one was willing to look at the flat that day, and when I described it and told them the car was AWD they set about giving me quotes on replacing all 4 tires that were all 2-5 days out. When I called Les Schwab, they told me to stop by and they would take a look at it. They didn’t overpromise and guarantee repair, but promised to diagnose the flat this evening. I went straight there, but arrived 10 mins before closing time. They inspected the vehicle and confirmed they could repair the flat, they stayed 20 mins late and repaired it at no charge. WOW.

Had a great experience here! I came in with a tire that had a nail in it, and Dominic helped me out right away. He was professional and fixed the tire quickly. The whole place was clean, well-organized, and welcoming. Really appreciate the helpful service and the great team overall!

Thanks to Austin and Casey for their knowledge, expertise and recommendation on my G63.. They were able to get me parts and get me in ready for my road trip and I no longer have squeaky brakes.

Edit - the manager reached out and offered to fix the issue. Brought it in and they were able to fix the steering wheel. Came for an alignment left with a crooked steering wheel 🤡. Car has always had cross caster out of spec but steering wheel was straight before going on. Tech said a bunch of nonsense like "car should be pulling right so you have to steer left". Except car goes left when wheel is straight so I gotta steer right, but that's exactly what should be happening. Wants to charge 172$ an hour (and god knows how long) to fix the mistake they made 🤡.

Quoted a good number, then wanted to bill FAR higher. Called ahead for a quote, was given a number, reaffirmed that number when meeting in person, needed to schedule for later in the week due to availability. Then once they started the work, they quoted me 3x the original estimate annd wanted to nickel and dime me for dozen other things. Told them no, went down the street, and had a different company take care of the work at the original cost, same day, no fuss.

I always come here after I buy my new cars. I got new tires and needed them to really handle the rain and feel good as I drive so much. It was $200 less than what I was quoted at Costco and they got me right in. Excellent service from everyone here every time.

A great place to stop if you need to take care of parts of your vehicle. There is plenty of parking and many bays for work to be completed in. There is plenty of seating inside (at least 23 seats). If you come for tires, breaks, or other work... they will take care of you. If you plan to replace 4 tires, they do have a $150 rebate available (with conditions). Remember to have your spare tire checked... you never know if it is time to replace

2 issues at the Renton Highlands location in recent years. Had brakes replaced on a 2014 Ford Flex 5 or so years ago. They became mushy on the freeway after I picked it up and we limped it to the Rainier location. They fixed it, thankfully no one was hurt and they were reinspected and reinstalled. Due to Les Schwab's sterling reputation and a heartfelt apology, we thought it must have been a one off. More recently we decided to have a slow tire leak repaired because it's close to home. Picked it up with a new check engine light on. The vehicle had been very recently serviced and inspected, clean bill of health. Went in to just check if anything weird happened with the tpm system or otherwise and was totally dismissed by customer service. I was told, "Check engine light was on before service." Unwilling to get into the he said she said, I went over to have an obd scan at autozone. Sure enough, tpm issue that was causing a fault with a controller. We will get the issue taken care of somewhere else. After buying every tire for every vehicle I've owned at this location from my first car to now, they have lost my business and won't touch another one of my vehicles.

David, the assistant manager, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of in a very tough situation. I’m always thrilled about how Les Schwab comes through for me. But David went the extra mile. I will be back!

I flew here tonight after work not checking or knowing what the closing hours were. There was 1 guy who was finishing up, I feel awful not knowing his name, BUT a HUGE THANK YOU!!! I just needed air and even though they were technically closed, he took the extra couple minutes to air up my tires. I asked the hours and felt awful that he was trying to go home. But I am super appreciative that he took the extra couple minutes. again THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES OVER.

As a returning customer who has used this franchise multiple times at various locations, I’ve always had decent experiences—until now. Unfortunately, my most recent visit has completely changed my opinion. I brought in a brand new set of wheels—literally new in the box—for tire mounting. After getting them back, I noticed significant scratches on one of the $600 wheels. When I brought it to their attention, the staff initially denied any responsibility. After some back and forth, they admitted to causing some of the damage in the center of the wheel, but insisted similar damage near the center wasn’t their fault. That logic alone was frustrating. Even worse, they refused to cover any of the damage, offering instead to refund the cost of the service. That refund never came. Trying to claim the wheel was damaged before the service is simply not true, and incredibly disappointing. This kind of customer treatment is unacceptable, especially for someone who has trusted the brand in the past.

I took my car in for a free brake inspection, fully expecting that I needed one after what I was told during an oil change, but the guy at Les Schwab who checked my brakes told me they didn't need to be replaced yet. Such honesty is so encouraging and refreshing. I'm very grateful and will definitely take my car back when the brakes need to be replaced. Thank you, guy who's name I didn't catch!

My family has consistently had great experiences with Les Schwab! I recently went in with a tire that kept losing air, they found the nail and patched it up for free. They were friendly, speedy, and I'll absolutely keep coming back for any car needs.

These guys work hard to ensure your loyalty. My husband's car got low tire pressure from cold weather, and I didn't want to go scrounging quarters, find an air machine, and guess at the correct pressure, so I went to Les Schwab. Turns out, in addition to the tire repairs, air is also free. Never buy tires anywhere else.

Rarely do you find great customer service these days – that’s what drives me to share my experience with Les Schwab today. My 81-year-old mother in-law took her vehicle in today to have her car looked at – we assumed the sound we were hearing could be a bad caliper, but as it turned out - it was a simple fix and get this - no charge. Even though my mother in-law had never had her car serviced in the shop before, they diagnosed and fixed the issue at no cost. Shout out to Les Schwab! Honest, professional and just good people.

Visited for a tire balance and alignment. I also noticed a small nail in the middle of the tread on one of my tires and informed the staff upon arrival—it should’ve been a routine fix. After waiting for two hours (which I was fine with as long as everything was addressed), I was told the tire couldn’t be repaired because it had supposedly been “run low.” This was confusing because I’ve never run this tire low, never had to add air, and I came in at 35 PSI. When I questioned it, another rep was brought over and repeated the same thing—accusing me of driving with low pressure and using that as the reason they wouldn’t patch it. Instead of helping, they refused to fix the puncture and suggested I buy a new tire. I didn’t have a spare and really just needed the hole patched. It honestly felt like I was being upsold instead of helped. Really disappointing and felt like a scam.

I had a great experience at Les Schwab Tire Centers. I called about an hour before closing, and even though they were close to closing time, they still told me to come in and took care of my tire. I arrived a few minutes late, and they were still friendly, professional, and willing to help. They fixed the issue quickly and properly, and the tire has been holding air with no problems. The staff was welcoming and respectful, and the service was efficient. On top of that, their waiting area and facility are very clean, comfortable, and well set up—you can actually sit down and get work done at a desk while you wait. I’ll continue working with Les Schwab as long as I live in this area. Highly recommended.
