The absolute best car purchasing expirence I've ever had! Blake was absolutely a deciding factor in me getting this truck. I hate pushy, Blake was phenomenal. He was present every step of the way for any questions I may have had but absolutely never pushed. He was incredibly polite, friendly and just a fun conversationalist. Give this dude the keys to the kingdom, he fricken killed it. The rest of the staff was genuinely pleasant and never made you feel like anything other than welcome. Excellent work. You've earned yourselves a true fan.

Even after explicitly telling them that I was not in the market for a car - and only accompanying a friend who wanted my opinion on a car they were test driving, I constantly receive texts, and phone calls asking if I'm interested in various cars. Even saying STOP -- They'll reach out again several weeks later. This has been going on CONSISTENTLY since June 2025. Sales people are pushy and do not respect boundaries.

Daniel helped me out after I had concerns with my steering vibration. He made sure I was taken care of the entire time and went the extra mile keeping me up to date on the status of my truck. Also, thank you to Amanda for staying late and wrapping up everything on my truck. I would recommend buying through the Sales Manager, Mike. I had an issue and he fixed it right away. Watch out for the used sales manager. He doesn’t give you the final sales price that you agree to. Everyone else is nice and helpful though. My original sales associate, Anthony, was very good too.

When looking for a new Explorer, I reached out to three different Ford dealerships. Even though Sound Ford was the furthest away, they were the most responsive and the easiest to deal with. They had the exact vehicle we wanted and did not try to sell us something in a different color or a completely different vehicle, unlike one other dealership. Mike was upfront about what they were willing to offer on the vehicle and was not overly pushy with the sales process. Anna was very friendly and communicative and helped us by showing us the SUV and generally being awesome. Special shoutout to Joe. There was miscommunication during the paperwork, and something was added that we did not want. He did not try to force us to keep it and instead made the corrections, and everything worked out as initially agreed. Hopefully, when it comes time to service the vehicle, the service department is as good as the sales department.

I wasn't planning to buy a new vehicle, but sometimes our plans don't quite work out the way we expect. I had been curious about an electric vehicle so I wanted to go look for myself and maybe even drive one. What I found was a very warm and friendly staff that happily greeted me and was able to answer all my questions. After a test drive, I was sold. So we made the deal. They didn't have the color I wanted, but they did the very next day. Outstanding service! Update; 3 weeks of driving the best vehicle I've ever owned, no comparison, there was a fault and the adaptive driving stopped working. I call Ford Technology and they were able to run the VIN and see what the code was. I was able to get the truck into the shop, they gave me a loaner, and my truck was ready to pick up the next day. Sure, it was somewhat of an inconvenience, but the folks here made it extremely pleasant. High praise to Frankie, Christian, and Brian.

Great experience, the car price was already set so no haggling. Just a test drive, credit check and signing. Car was prepped and ready for me. Vrooooom! Update: six months in and I’m still in love with Marge (yes she’s a 2025 Premium Velocity Blue). Had 2 updates applied in just a couple of hours. Great service.

We purchased two fleet vehicles from this dealership a few years back. One of our drivers locked the keys in the vehicle, about 40 miles from the shop yesterday and we had no record of the door code. I called the Sales department and they sent me to Service. They didn't have it on record, so they forwarded me to the Fleet Manager. He didn't have the number we needed, but he offered to send a Lot Person out to my driver, who was able to open the door. I never imagined that they would go so far out of their way for an issue that wasn't their fault. We'll most definitely be buying all future trucks from them. Big thanks to all involved. It would have been so easy for every person that I spoke with to just rush me off the phone, but all three folks did their best to help me. Very uncommon these days and greatly appreciated!

I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, a Bronco Badlands, and Steve Huffman made the whole process super easy and actually enjoyable. No games, no pressure, just straight-up great service. He respected that I’d done my research and was ready to buy, but still took the time to walk me through everything and make sure I felt good about the final numbers. The whole thing was quick, smooth, and way less stressful than I expected. Bonus: if you're a full-time Microsoft employee, this dealership offers a special discount, which made the deal even better. Definitely worth asking about. If you're looking for a Ford and want someone who’s knowledgeable, honest, and efficient, go see Steve. Highly recommend.

Amanda in the Service team is SO awesome! 😊❤️ Learning how all-electric cars work has definitely been difficult, but she helped me understand how they work so much better than I knew before I spoke with her. I was also pleased with the wait time for fixing the recall on my car. I only waited one hour for the recall on my car to be fixed! In the past, I would wait hours at the dealership for my previous cars to be fixed. Sound Ford has a great team of employees who care about their customers, and always provide A+ service. Great job Sound Ford!!!! 👍💚

I purchased a 2024 Ford Mach-E here in January. I love the car and am a longtime Ford owner — the brand itself has been great to me. Unfortunately, this is yet another disappointing sales experience I’ve had at a Ford dealership. During the purchase process, a sales manager jokingly referred to me as my wife’s “Sugar Daddy” when I said she didn’t need to be on the finance application. It was inappropriate and unprofessional. A few weeks after bringing the car home, I discovered the home charging cable was missing from the rear storage area. I called twice and was told someone would look into it and call me back. No one ever did. When I returned to pick up my plates and asked again, the sales team directed me to Parts and Service rather than taking ownership of the missing cable. Once the sale was complete, the sales department’s customer service essentially disappeared. To their credit, the Service department staff were professional and helpful. I like Ford vehicles and will continue to own them, but the sales experience at this dealership was extremely disappointing. UPDATE (March 10, 2026): A matter of days after posting this review, the dealership called and offered an aftermarket charging cable, contingent on my removing the 1-star review. I declined. The offer wasn't customer service. It was reputation management. The cable should have been in the car at delivery, and the follow-up I requested twice was never provided. The moment I posted an honest account of that experience, I heard back immediately. They also mentioned their "President's Award" as context for why my review was surprising. I'll let readers draw their own conclusions about how dealerships earn awards that depend heavily on customer survey scores. I have no interest in a transaction dressed up as a resolution. My review stands because it's accurate.

🛑 WARNING ⛔️ DO NOT BUY ⛔️ FROM SOUND FORD Ill SHARE MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, I PURCHASED A BRAND NEW FORD F150 RAPTOR, WELL TURNS OUT THE TRUCK HAD BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT AND WAS POORLY RE-PAINTED as soon as I receive Took delivery of the truck I contact them immediately they denied it at the beginning They said to get it checked out, I did the same day. I send them several pictures and videos same day., they ignored me after three months. I contacted them again with legal council and they answer within 10 minutes and admitted fault of truck being damaged by one of their drivers, . I asked for a new truck they said NO that they had to buy it back and they sent me a buyback contract the next day 24 hours later, now I’m seeking legal council and all of a sudden they want to give me a new truck per general manager. 🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑PLEASE BEWARE ⛔️🛑🛑🛑I

Buying our 1st electric car at Sound Ford, the Mustang Mach-E GT, was one of the most seamless and exciting experiences me and my wife have ever had. From the moment we walked into the showroom and were greeted by Jeff and Raj we could feel that this wasn’t going to be a typical car purchase. The atmosphere was modern, calm, and refreshingly pressure-free. What truly impressed us was the test drive with Jeff. The instant torque was exhilarating — smooth, silent acceleration that felt futuristic. There was no engine noise, just a quiet surge of power that made merging into traffic effortless. The regenerative braking system was surprisingly intuitive, and within minutes I felt completely comfortable behind the wheel. The technology inside the car was equally stunning. The touchscreen interface was sleek and responsive, with intuitive controls and real-time energy monitoring. I loved being able to see how efficiently I was driving and how much range I had left. Even better, Jeff helped me set up the mobile app before we left to monitor charging, precondition the cabin, and locate nearby charging stations instantly. Financing and paperwork were handled digitally with Joe , making the process fast and transparent. When I drove off the lot, it felt less like I had bought a car and more like I had upgraded my entire driving experience. It wasn’t just a purchase — it was a step into the future.
