Arrived 30 min early to my scheduled appointment of 8 AM and did not plan on there being any chance of being seen early, to my surprise I was greeted immediately with a door opening and a smiling face. We own a lot of different vehicles and have lots of service work done at different dealerships but by far this is one of the best (if not the best) experiences Ive ever had! I chatted with our service consultant several times during our visit and by the end of it felt like I was speaking to an old friend. Thank you Stephen W. for going above and beyond at your job! Very Painful and Costly Experience with this dealership service department. Over 18 pages of repairs were performed on my vehicle against my will and without my permission. Vehicle is still in their shop now going on 9 months. Manipulation tactics and threats were used to force me to accept the repairs and take delivery of my vehicle. Attempted delivery of my vehicle resulted in a luxury vehicle that now runs like a truck, excessive shaking in the engine, and random error codes on display Receive little to no communication from this dealership unless it's initiated by me. After much inconvience and many attempts at resolution, Mercedes Benz of McKinney has proven that their only concern is their bottom line. No remorse for destroying my vehicle and constant deflection in any real effort to resolve this issue. (See Video)

I am sharing this review to document my experience with Mercedes-Benz of McKinney in a factual and professional manner. Prior to purchasing my vehicle, I paid for a pre-purchase inspection performed by this authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership. The inspection noted that the engine “rattles at start up,” however no recommendation was made for further diagnostic evaluation, and the digital multi-point inspection marked the engine status as “OK / Green.” Based on this information and relying on the expertise of an authorized Mercedes-Benz service center, I proceeded with the purchase. Shortly after, another authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership diagnosed a significant engine issue related to the camshaft adjusters, a condition commonly associated with start-up rattle symptoms. The estimated cost to repair this issue is approximately $8,000. After discovering this, I contacted Mercedes-Benz of McKinney and discussed the matter with Michael Mazarakes, General Manager, but no assistance or resolution was offered at that time. My concern is not that the symptom was mentioned, but that no professional guidance was provided to indicate that this finding could represent a serious internal engine issue requiring further diagnosis. Had that guidance been provided, my purchasing decision would have been materially different. I remain hopeful that Mercedes-Benz of McKinney may reconsider this matter and offer some form of assistance or goodwill, and I am sharing this experience so other consumers can make informed decisions .when relying on pre-purchase inspections

I recently had my E350 serviced. Michael Johnson is my service advisor. This time I had an issue with my windshield washer leaking, an issue that I probably caused while parking the vehicle. I was also concerned about some of my fluids in the car.. As I have stated before, I have been nothing but pleased and comfortable with the services MB of McKinney, Mr. Johnson and the staff provide. The service department sent me photos and videos of the issues that I was concerned with, and allowed me to make the decision on whether to accept or declined those services. Mr. Johnson and I spoke about the prioritization of the services and how that would or would not impact functions of the car thereby making it easier to make the appropriate decisions. Once again, all my issues were evaluated, and all my inquiries answered and the proper action was taken. Additionally, I would like to say thank you to Steve was the driver of the shuttle service that brought me back home, it was a pleasurable experience, no stress, Steve was a consummate professional that always spoke highly of Mercedes-Benz and talked for very highly about the the company in general and I appreciate the fact that Mercedes has a shuttle service that will bring you back to your home if need be and pick you up if you need me. Once again, I recommend Mercedes Benz of McKinney , if you’re in search of a Mercedes or need service on yours and I highly recommend Mr. Michael Johnson, if you need a service advisor. His communication style is approachable and warm and he exudes professionalism, a calm demeanor, An expertise in his subject matter field. What more can you ask for?

The Mercedes-Benz Dealership in McKinney has earned my confidence and trust. My 2001 SLK 320 with 160K miles blew a radiator on the highway near the dealership and I immediately pulled in. Michael, Jesus, and the techs are professional and courteous. We Replaced the radiator, water pump, and pulley as well as overall diagnostic to make sure the source was isolated. The dealer isn’t always the cheapest option but when you want the job done correctly, Mercedes of McKinney is worth every penny. Highly recommend.
