I have a C300 that has many miles on it and is decently old (2010). Patrick and his team do an amazing job taking care of it. I had an oil leak that they fixed up immediately. I also appreciate Patrick answering all my questions as someone who knows very little about cars. I’ve been taking my Denali and Porsche to Patrick/All American for years. Always great service with reasonable prices and clear communication. Last week, I asked Patrick if he services sprinters (I own an Airstream Interstate Sprinter). Most shops in city don’t due to low roofs and I hate bringing to dealer. Patrick does and even has a mechanic with considerable experience at Mercedes working on Sprinters. I brought it in for a complete check (I’m about to head out on a 4k mike road trip). I’m very pleased with service and price and super happy I now have a great place to bring my Sprinter.

The shop made a special accomodation for me. First time customer. I came in for a steering/undercar concern after a dealership visit, and I really appreciated how honest and professional this shop was. They took the time to inspect the car thoroughly, put it on the lift, and test drive it rather than guessing or pushing unnecessary repairs. Even though they couldn’t confidently reproduce the issue yet, they explained what they checked, what looked good, and what would warrant further investigation if the problem becomes more consistent. That kind of transparency is rare. They also helped me reinstall the underbody panels properly (which had been left off by another shop) and didn’t charge me for the visit. I overheard Patrick making sure the panels were secured correctly with proper clips, which really showed attention to detail and integrity. Overall, this is a shop that prioritizes doing things the right way over selling work, and that earned my trust. I’ll definitely be back if the issue progresses or for future service.

I called this shop to ask Patrick about pricing because my engine light came on. A friend suggested I stop by AutoZone for a quick FixFinder scan first so I’d have a general idea of what might be happening before taking it to a mechanic. When I called Patrick back and mentioned I had a bit more info, he immediately assumed I went to AutoZone just to avoid paying for a diagnostic and only wanted him to install parts. Then he said verbatim: “We’re not some monkeys working here just responding to diagnostic codes and installing parts. There’s more to it than that. You could just have AutoZone reset the engine light so the problem goes away and see how long it takes to come back — that way it’s free since you’re trying to save money, right?” Honestly, that comment was appalling. First of all — who ISN'T trying to save money? Second, the tone was rude and completely unprofessional. I wasn’t asking for shortcuts or free work. I was literally calling to give him more information for the diagnostic. On top of that, suggesting that a customer hide an engine issue by clearing the warning light is irresponsible and not something any reputable shop should be recommending. After that interaction, I didn’t feel comfortable bringing my car here. I would steer away from Patrick & his shady shop.

I know I should , but I almost never take the time to review anything. However, at the risk of dating myself, i can safely say it has been 25* years since i have had such a positive experience getting my car fixed. No one could ask fora more insightful and experienced service advisor than Patrick. No up-selling, nor corner -cutting, and no one blowing smoke up my a++! Chris, the MBZ specialist, walked me through the repair, complete with pictures, and was even more thorough with the repair than he was with explanation.They took the time to text with updates and had the whole thing done in a very timely manner. They even took the time to follow up after The fact, to make sure everything was great. So I thought, if they could take the time to do all of that., I could take the time to do this. They in my respect and loyalty.
