Honest! I was recommended to Paul's by another mechanic I trust, because I was worried about over-spending on unnecessary maintenance: some months back I had services completed at Stress Free Auto (formerly Emerald Auto), and Lexus of Serramonte; both places offered (unrequested!) quotes for many thousands of dollars of 'critical' maintenance. That had me worried. I asked Paul's to inspect the parts of my car that were reportedly in need of 'critical' repair, and only one of FIVE 'critical' items was in need of timely maintenance, and even one item that was something I could defer for a bit, if I chose to! Fast, reliable, honest and compassionate service is hard to find, and I'm so glad I found it at Paul's. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others - they have a new long term customer in me. I'm grateful to have found another common sense mechanic after the retirement of Jim over at Emerald Auto (which is not the same without him!)

Great service and nice people! I had rim protectors (Alloygators) installed at Paul's tire about a year ago. Had majorly scraped the right rear wheel along a curb so I needed it repaired or replaced. They were able to get the rim protector back in place and also did minor repair on two of the other ones at no charge! Will definitely come back to Paul's Tire!

I called Paul’s Battery on a Friday night, just 45 minutes before closing. They told me to come right away since I live only two minutes away. They tested and then replaced my battery at an unbeatable price—and with a smile! For what it’s worth, I had called several other places to get price estimates, and they were all much higher than Paul’s. I was back home just 20 minutes after leaving, with a perfectly functioning car. Bravo!

It’s a hit or miss here for me. I came once for oil change and it was great. So tried to return for another oil change in December but the shop couldn’t accommodate me. So I went to a different plant. Then I made a call call again trying to get an appointment for check engine light, but again they couldn’t accommodate me for the time I requested. It’s hard to get an appointment since they’re not open on weekends. And I was told they’re not open also on nang holidays o my to find out that they’re in fact open. I finally got a pointing for Friday. Each time I call to make an appointment, the guy I talked to sounds so friendly and nice, but each o came in, it’s rather different story; I always feel unwelcome and rushed whenever I tried to explain my reasons why I’m there. So knocked of one star. 😒
