I'd like to leave a 5 star review for this small business. The manager kindly explained to me all the work that my older car needed to fix the AC system. I appreciate hearing from him. He also offered me a better price than the job warranted for the amount of work done. A simple miscommunication caused an hours long delay in picking up my car. I am grateful for hearing from the manager today.

They saved the day!! Car was dead, dealer wanted $500+ for battery install AND they said to get a tow. I called Merlin, they offered to come to my house to jump my car, got battery from NAPA in Oswego (nice guys too) and Merlin did the battery install, checked my car setting and filled air in tires for $60!! I'm going again for my service needs. Andrew gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars too for his awesome customer service!! Thanks guys!

Took our minivan in for an oil change and asked them to also look at the bottom, left bumper and our sliding door and let us know how much it would be. Came to pick it up and they fixed both the left bumper and the sliding door and just said there was no charge because it just needed to be cleaned and it was minor effort that was really nice of them and they went above and beyond so got three things taken care of for the price of one oil change. Very happy!

I came in for an oil change and witnessed an unfortunate situation where a customer was being very rude and disrespectful to Andrew, the General Manager. I was truly impressed with how Andrew handled it — he stayed calm, polite, and professional the entire time. Despite the incident, he continued to provide excellent service and made sure every customer, including me, was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I brought my car in for them to fix my intoxalock device. They told me to come in on a Tuesday. I used one of my limited vacation days at work. They apparently had some problems and asked me if I could bring my car in the next day, Wednesday, when the more experienced guy who works on intoxalock devices would be there. They could've just told me to bring my car in Wednesday when the experienced guy would be there in the first place. When they finally got around to fixing my intoxalock system, they told me it would be fixed in a couple hours. I call them before a couple hours have past, they told me they ran into some issues and they'll be keeping my car longer. I told them, "you said a couple hours." they said, "You have to allow some extra time in case we run into problems." They could've told me that. I made plans because they told me it'd be a couple hours. I had to change my plans. If they think there is a possibility of running into problems, then dont tell people your car will be ready in a couple hours. They should tell people, "it will take a couple hours, unless we run into problems." They have a lack of communication. But most importantly, the manager, I think he was the manager, told me he was drinking the night before and he was "still feeling it." He's telling me, a stranger, a customer, that he's hung over.? So, essentially, this guy is hung over, not being in a sober frame of mind, and he's working on my car and other people's cars. I think that's very irresponsible and potentially risking peoples lives, not being sober and working on peoples cars. I've never written a review before, I just thought I should write this, hopefully people will read this. I wanted to warn people to let you know what you're dealing with.

After nearly $1400 in A/C repairs that did not completely fix the issue I brought it in for, I was offered to either roll the dice and spend another $400 on a “possible” fix OR take it to the dealership. On top of that, they seem to not mind damaging vehicles because as the manager stated “well it has 220k miles”. That’s statement isn’t untrue as the vehicle does have mileage, but I brought it in to get it fixed not have more things broken. In the end they broke my hood latch, damaged the plastic trim and radiator support while trying to caveman the latch free with a pry bar, and I gave me a half working AC system. I suppose it’s my fault for trusting a franchise style shop. Unfortunately there’s really no course of action other than a negative, completely honest review.

I'm doing the posting as My Husband & Son never do Reviews. But I feel it's important when you do receive Exceptional Service. My Husbands 2015 Ford Taurus Defroster not working for awhile....He noticed right by our house and went to get a quote. He dropped off car for a quote and it did take 4 days but they did indicate it would take awhile as they were really booked. They gave quote, pretty reasonable nowadays, & fixed the car. We waited to see how they did on my Husbands Taurus to then take my Son's 2019 Taurus as Heat not working. They did complete his at a faster turnaround and again, very Reasonable Quote and fixed the issue My Husband was impressed he spoke with, Cesar, I think the Manager, and both very happy with results! And kudos for being just down the Street .. Great Service & Reasonable Prices always a Win Win Situation
