I have a small fleet of Turo cars and I bring many of them here for maintenance. The best thing about them is that, in general (unless there are special order parts), if you get them a car by 8 AM, it will be done that day — even without an appointment. Love that! Great for fitting service in between trips.

$250 for a diagnostic check in absolute insanity- plugging a $50 computer into a port for 10 seconds and googling the code that the computer shows. This place is taking people for suckers. That's like charging $200 to put air in the tires. I can't imagine what they charge for any actual work they do.

My experience at Georgetown Exon couldn’t have been better. I took my car in at 8:30 am for brake pads and tires. They thoroughly evaluated my car and ended up flushing my brakes and changing my windshield wipers as well. I received a text that afternoon that my car was ready! They were timely, professional, and proficient. I’ve already recommended them to a friend.

Charged me over 300 dollars for an oil change and diagnostic check. Diagnostic check was 209 dollars with no diagnostic codes provided. "your oxygen sensor and catalytic converter" - Very coy around what needs to be replaced and does not communicate with customers. Treats customers like his employees and judges price based on your appearance. Please avoid this place.

Jamie is awesome, knowledgeable and not trying to sell you what you don’t need. Prices are comparable to other shops of the same caliber, quality work and quick service. He’s honest, recently told me I need a high ticket service to fix my AC and despite the price (older car with more rare parts to find) I will be taking my Car back to Metro Motors! I came in just for an oil change and a rotation. This shop attempted to get me to pay over $1000 on five different unrelated services, saying if I don't buy them it could jeopardize the life of my car's engine. One was rear differential fluid for $200. I drive a Honda HR-V FWD, which doesnt even have differential fluid (it uses CVT fluid for the front gears). That alone should tell you to never go to this place. Next, they said I need new spark plugs. My car is not even at 50k miles, and the manufacturer recommendation is around 100k miles. I called other repair shops and they laughed when I told them this. They did the same thing for coolant, which Honda says you dont need the first flush until 10 years or 120,000 miles. Never coming back here. Price assessment

Took my car in for an oil change after being explicitly told by the front desk that they used Mobil 1 fully synthetic. Only after the work was completed did I learn from the mechanic that they actually use Ardeca oil. Charging premium prices while misrepresenting the serivce/product is a poor reflection. This was not an honest service.

We are new to the area and had never used Metro Motor -Georgetown. I called at 8am for service. By 10 am my oil change was complete; my service record updated. I was blown away by the professionalism that the team which served me displayed. I historically taken my work to a BMW dealer. Every time they upsold me on work I “needed”. I cannot say enough about the service shop and more importantly their employees! They were friendly and professional, and were extremely knowledgable. They were one of only two gas stations in Georgetown so I did not know what to expect, but my assumptions were that it would not be an easy experience. To my surprise, the place was fabulous! They worked with me and we were able to get me up and running so I could get to my awaiting client meeting. 10 Stars!

Surprised at the price rate compared to other shops for less professional and effective services. They do not offer a broad amount of services involving engine maintenance, nor do they use quality parts or oils. Confused at how they are so highly rated, with other shops close by doing much better work at much more reasonable prices. The mechanics here seem too young to hold proper experience.

The only words you ought to use to describe their services is “outstanding”, “reliable”, “fast”, and “affordable.” One of my tires went completely flat on December 30th around 5:50 p.m., and I didn’t have a spare. I called for help and was immediately offered a tow to Max’s Tire Shop, a 24-hour repair location, for just $164. Considering most towing services in the area charge over $500, this was a massive relief. My driver was incredibly kind, respectful, and professional. He showed up promptly and handled my vehicle with care, which I deeply appreciated. The total cost, including the tow and tire replacement came out to just $264. In the past, I’ve paid over $1,000 for tire related emergencies, so this experience was a massive upgrade. They went above and beyond, showcasing genuine care in their business and customer service practices. Would highly recommend for anyone needing fast, honest, and reasonably priced help.
