Horrible service here, ridiculously slow. I pulled up about 930 there were 2 cars in front of me, that they had already been working on. I didn't leave until 1130, had I known they were just gonna be running around continuously and not really working I would have definitely went somewhere else. Took 20 min just for them to jack it up, another 20 get the tire off. Just very unprofessional. Its no reason this service should have took that long, I've had my tires changed many times over the years and never had it taken so long, generally it's only about 20 min. The only positive I can say is that they have decently priced tires.

The team of guys at Good Hope Tires are great! Always ready to help and find an efficient and fast way to solve my tire issues and their prices are great. Great shop! owner was extremely nice and worked out a great deal for me. Even though they were busy, they were able to get everyone taken care of quickly and able to squeeze me in! I was in and with 4 new wheels and tires in about 45mins. Owner seems extremely honest and just overall a genuinely nice. A+ highly recommended

I can’t say enough good things about Good Hope Tires. I purchased 4 new tires and was looking for a place that could put them on for a reasonable price. I called numerous places and Good Hope had the best price….$20 per tire. They day I called, they were closing at 8pm. I called at 7:15 and I told them I would bring the tires in the next day cause they were closing soon. One of the workers, Roderick, told me I could bring them in today (a lot of places don’t want any business close to closing time). When I brought them in, I unfortunately had the wrong size tires. As I returned home, I received a text from the shop, thanking me for considering them and a message about their commitment to the community. This wasn’t an automated generic message but a personal message. You don’t get that often. Needless to say, I returned a few days later when I got the new tires…not only were my tires put on, but headlights and brakes pads for a reasonable price. The work crew is knowledgeable and customer service oriented, even though it can get pretty busy. The shop is attached to a gas station and is in a busy area of SE. It’s a hidden gem that I have overlooked many times. I highly recommend them!

This Place and the staff are Amazing. I have a 2020 Mercedes GLC 300 that I wanted a diamond grill installed on. I came and they did it effortlessly --even though the grill was aftermarket and the front camera did not fit properly. Somehow they were able to make adjustments to the piece and make it work for my vehicle and the camera stills works perfectly. My car looks so much nicer now. Let me add they had a lot of other people coming in with there own request and they still managed to finish my project alongside satisfying other customers. Heres a before and After. A month ago I ran over a pothole on the highway that destroyed my tire and caused severe rim damage literally in 30 seconds. This definitely put a dent in my pockets and day but I didn't waste no time replacing my tire. Unfortunately, even though I got a new tire I still needed the rim repaired which I've procrastinated since then. I did my research trying to locate a rim repair shop and found a lot but never had time to go plus it definitely wasn't cheap as I compared pricing. This past Sunday, I happened to be in the area of one of the places I found in DC and decided to go get an estimate for a future repair. I will say this place is in a not so safe area esp at night if you're not use to being out here but no worries you should be fine just come when it's sunny out unless you're a DC native. Don't let the outside steer you away because this is definitely worth getting tires, repairs, etc. I met one of the repair guys named Louis who gave me an estimate and said he could do all my tires in an hour. I was hesitant at first because I wasn't prepared to do this that day but the price and timing was in my favor so I said why not. Louis kept me informed about what was being done as well as showing me his progress. He answered all my questions and made sure I was pleased with his work. This shop is definitely busy and those men work extremely hard and waste no time. For a Sunday, they stayed open later than I expected and I'm grateful for it. I'm blessed to be able to find this place and get such an amazing result for a great price. Other places would’ve costed me double and wouldn’t be open on a late Sunday. I definitely will come back if I have to but hopefully no time soon because I refuse to deal with another pothole lol. Last, the before and after is insane (in a great, very satisfied way).

Came in for a replacement tire and was in and out in literally 30 minutes! Really nice crew, especially since I came in 1 hr before closing. Paid $100 for a brand new tire, would’ve been $50 for used! Good prices and quick service!
