My window still isn't install correctly...wind is coming in thru the bottom of it..I have been back 2 times for your company to fix it..and it still installed fixed..now i have to go to another glass company for them to fix it..so I will not be giving a good review

A few weeks ago after I called another well known auto glass repair company, but no one called me back, I stumbled across Washington DC Moble Auto Glass. I called and Victor called me back right away. He was very friendly & concerned. I told him my rear view mirror on the inside of my car was dangling back & forth in my car. He was sooo nice & apologized that he couldn't come the day I called him,but he came early the next day. I told him I took it to the Dealership, but it came down about 2 weeks later. He said no problem. It didn't take long at all to fix it,& the price wasn't bad at all. When I met him, I could tell he was such a kind hearted person. Also I felled to mention that my rear view mirror had a camera on it as well. Because of Victor ,if I have another problem,I will definitely call him again. Thanks Victor P.S You feel like family ❤️

I give my highest recommendation to Victor and Washington DC Mobile Auto Glass Specialist for any car glass repairs. My car was broken into on the front passenger side window on Friday morning. I called Victor that morning with an immediate response, and he was able to come repair my window that afternoon. He was professional, efficacious, and efficient. The cost was very reasonable compared to other quotes I solicited. About a week after my repair, I noticed that my car door would not open from the inside due to misalignment of the inner car door panel. Victor, the technician, made accommodation to fix my broken car window same day and arrived promptly at the appointed time. He was a total pro; finished the replacement quickly, removed all the broken glass from car and inner door well - which is an amazing service as I’ve had broken door windows replaced before and it seems there is always residual glass fragments rattling in the door after replacement - and the tinted glass was a perfect match to the rest of the windows.
