Luis helped me in getting a good deal for my muffler pipe which became loose, but was fixed right away when I got here, took less than 30 minutes and I left the same day I brought it in. Truly helpful. I would recommend this shop and would take my car here again. They even gave me water while waiting.

I'm disappointed cause I went for a /C charge.... Which I paid for .got called me in to say my my compressor went out.he took my air filter box off which I noticed. got home to look under the hood .. found that your mechanic broke off my mass air flow sensor lock and broke amy engine air filter box ...this is Saturday.. I just got it back from Cadillac Thursday.. in which Cadillac so I was under the hood Friday morning.. none of this was there.... Made me sign a waiver for a 24 hour warranty on broken parts .. I was wondering why they put this stipulation in.. I'm highly upset.. I went at 230 was out by 430 Saturday and they close at 5.. and not open until Monday.. so that's why the 24hour stipulation was there. Now I gotta take It back to Cadillac to see what else he did... Appreciate the short notice but.. all this for a A/C recharge.... I will be calling Monday morning at 8oclock. And no I will not bring my vehicle in.. for retaliation

I cannot recommend this place enough. Service is quick and staff are friendly and very communicative on what they did and why, and Luis went above and beyond to help me when my car wasn't passing the emissions test after initial repairs. The extra work done was covered under the parts and labor warranty that they provide with the initial repairs, and after fixing, Luis even took my car to the emissions test himself. All of this saving me so much stress and money. This is where you want to go if your car is giving you serious trouble!!!

Terrible experience. I brought my own oil for a standard change on my Prius. They charged me $55 ($40 labor + $15 filter), which is already overpriced. But the worst part is the wait. It took them 2 hours! I walked into the garage and saw the mechanic sitting inside my car watching a YouTube tutorial on how to change the oil. If you don't know how to do basic maintenance on a common car, you shouldn't be charging these rates. Avoid this place.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Mexico Auto shop regarding my catalytic converter, and I must say, my experience was outstanding. After reaching out to several other auto shops, mechanic Luis provided me with the best price and advised me to bring my vehicle in right away. He completed the job in a reasonable amount of time and even diagnosed some additional pre-existing problems just by listening to the noise my car was making. He opened the hood and pointed out that one of the engine mounts was broken. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and clear, which I truly appreciated.
