Worst shopping experience ever. I could not find a single cake box. I asked the only worker I saw in the front and she was on register and she said she was going to call someone to help me out. I waited 10 minutes and there was absolutely no one else who worked there. Looks like they were reorganizing that I couldn’t find what I was looking for. So once again I go ask if anyone else was there and ofcourse she couldn’t leave the register there was customers, I understand. She kept calling someone to come and help me. Again another 10 mins and no one was coming so I just left. I went to hobby lobby and Joanns and let me tell you, much BETTER than micheals. Will avoid them at all costs. And they had cake boxes, just at the top of the aisles and was impossible for me to reach

Called the store twice to inquire about dark brown leather paint. The first time I called the team member left me on hold for 8 minutes without answering. On the second call I spoke to two team members after questioning the shades of browns the team member said it didn’t matter what color as long as it’s for leather. Conclusion, they didn’t have any brown leather paint.

Friendly staff. Good prices on frames. They only have one person sometimes in framing so you have to wait. They have great discounts like 70% sometimes on frames. Clearly I hover around the frame portion of the store.

My husband and I had three different interactions with people from this store today. I was given great customer service from someone working the floor. She helped me find everything I was looking for.
We called, later, asking for assistance with determining if certain items were in stock and we were helping with genuine care.
The last interaction was my husband going in to make a large purchase. His card was declined due to fraudulent charges to his account, (which he told the checker, because the bank notified him right away). Instead of being helpful or cordial they told him to go ahead and step aside. When he asked if he could leave the items in the cart, they implied he needed to put the items back.

This is a very big Michaels. It is extremely easy to find. I went in at about 5 p.m. and the store was Immaculate. All of the shelves were stocked everything was labeled everything was organized. I was looking for embroidery supplies, it is common to find a lot of different thread not available late in the day, but at this particular Michaels every thread available was full and there was plenty of choices. The complete store was attractive clean organized and there was plenty of help. The store is strongly recommended.

This Michaels store is clean, well organized and the staff is very helpful. Their holiday sales have great prices, beating Amazon by a decent margin. i wish all of my retail experiences were as good as each time i go in to this store. This says a lot, as i dont actually use any of their products. This store is a go to point for gifts for many people in my life. The staff help me find the things that fit their hobbies, and that is really cool.

Love it here. It feels so welcoming, always having a sweet welcoming smell whenever I go there. Always having anything you could need and more. Prices vary from things to things. Checkout lines are longer at might, I would suggest opening more cashiers up at night. Or just scheduling more ppl at night. But overall everyone is friendly. Love the decorations for holidays. Good reasonable priced dog costumes here for halloween.

The store was clean and staff was friendly. My only qualm is how the store was organized. I walked around for a while going through several sections of the store before I was able to find the picture frame I wanted. There are several different areas for picture frames at this store yet when I've been to other Michaels stores in the past, the frame isles have been lined up together.

This store is like a well oiled machine. Staff greets you, the staff walking around are able to help you find what you need, although the lines can get long quickly- the employees keep the lines down. This store has everything you’ll need for an event, holiday or celebration. Think decorating a pumpkin, they’ve got everything you need.

11/1/22 Carol stopped me at the door as it was 8:58 she had all doors closed I said I just had a return she said no you’ll have to come back tomarrow I said but you guys close at 9 she said do you have a receipt I said yes. She let me through. Worst customer service ever. Receipt or not. You should not turn away a customer because you feel like it cause of time or let alone have all doors closed? It was not 9pm yet. The gentleman that helped me on the register was super nice 10/10 service. Never coming to this location again.

I'm glad this store is available to me, as a crafter. The in-stock mdse. is hit-or-miss. I've placed 2 online orders for pick up, and each order had 1 item "cancelled" . . . I presume bc it was out of stock (they don't give a reason for the cancellation).

Extremely overpriced, and when it comes to having prints made, depending on the medium it can take two to three weeks. Michaels isn't even known for having quality prints, and if I'm going to wait two to three weeks then I'm going to have a reputable printer do it. Not Michael's. Anything you can buy at Michael's is typically 20% less on the internet. It's too bad that brick and mortars drag people through the mud with these horrible prices, and then complain that people are shopping on the internet. Perhaps they should take a look at their profit margins.

I spent at least half an hour in the yarn/ fabric department. No sales associate in sight. When I was ready for fabric to be cut, I had to go to the front of the store to find all 3 visiting behind the checkout counter. Back again, there was very little room for her to spread out and cut fabric, no bell to ring to alert pending sales.
Checking out was not easy, I wanted some balloons inflated so I couldn't use the self checkout. I was helped between two people making returns. What happened to the other sales associates. Vanished
I'm so disappointed in the promises made by Michaels to be the store for yarn/ fabric once Joann's closed. No one wants to buy fabric on line.

I urgently needed a gender reveal balloon and couldn't find one anywhere nearby, so I decided to make it myself. Thankfully, Heather from the balloon section came to the rescue. After explaining my situation, she kindly embraced my idea and immediately jumped in to help. She suggested a creative solution--placing the color inside a black balloon with glitter, double-layering it, and even covering the bottom with marker so the surprise would stay hidden. The balloon turned out beautifully, and it was exactly what I needed.
Throughout the entire process, Heather stayed calm, attentive, and treated my emergency as if it were her own. Without her kindness, creativity, and quick support, I wouldn't have been able to pull off this special event. I'm so thankful for her genuine care and professionalism--she truly went above and beyond!
