Matt Rupert, the owner / mechanic, is hands down one of the best mechanics that I've ever seen. If it needs fixed, he fixes it, I've never seen him up charge a customer just to do it. His prices are reasonable, and when you get your car back, it's fixed.

Amazing work and great guys! Did everything I asked no matter how small or big. All the way to electrical diagnostic to car repair and rebuilds and sells sound audio and installs. Truly great one stop shop and honest. Car was in and out! I love my car and do work myself but when in need I trust them and that says a lot means a lot. Just said the issues which were three problems and fixed at a great price for all that stuff!

The heat in my truck suddenly stopped working in neg temps. I stopped in to see if Michiana's had any appts. avail. They recognized how cold it was, took my truck in at 3:20 in the afternoon, had my heat working and I was back on the road in about an hour. What they charged me was suprisinglt reasonable and they were super nice too.

My drivers side power window broke. It went down but would t come back up. I had to put a trash bag over the window to keep the elements out which made it dangerous to drive. I asked them if it couldn't be repaired quickly to just pull it back into position and I'd get it fixed at a later date. When I called to check on my car around 10 I was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. They were able to replace the problem part and get it working again. I was so thrilled! Matt has been taking care of my car for many years. He does good work at fair prices.

Worst experience ever! Went in for check engine light. Got diagnosed, agreed to repair. Told me it was ready. I pick it up, paid $3,045 check engine light still on.. Told me it was one code and would cost another approx $1600. Took it 1 mile from his shop, paid $100 had it diagnosed and what do you know, 3 codes and two were connected to the job he had just done. Had it diagnosed again at a different shop to be sure. Paid $120 and same codes same diagnosis related to repair job. After sharing this information with him, and asking him to double check his work. He took it back, made me pay for more parts. Later called me and said the engine blew. I’m in search of honest mechanics who know what they’re doing.

The original reason for taking my truck there was my mirror was hit and the backing popped off… But the day I brought my truck in a light came on for my tires needing to be serviced. They fixed it within a couple of hours at a reasonable price… But didn’t charge me for the mirror… I asked the gentleman who brought my vehicle back and he said yeah it was easy. He probably didn’t even charge you for it! That’s the kind of service that will bring people back. Thank you Matt.
