The Midas on Old National are con artists!! Please be aware. My son took his car in for a repair where the Midas claimed they repaired the oil pan. Not e son brought the car home where it continued to leaked massive amounts of oil in my driveway. He took it back and then the guy named “Perk” started it wasn’t the oil pan but the dip stick tube and wanted to charge my son an additional $600. My father in law inspected the car only to find a used oil pan and a broken bolt in the oil pan. When we called about the broken bolt, Midas agreed to fix the issue. Once we got the car there they refused claiming the car was tampered with. I called Midas corporate store where they had Robert follow up claiming that he wanted an opportunity to make things right. When we arrive at the site, Robert didn’t have the decency to shoe up or call t to say he wasn’t going to show up. The same manager Perk and another manager Sherry assessed the car only to come back with the same lines. Sherry even lied saying they showed my son the crack oil pan after removing it which was a total lie because my son does the car off. He wouldn’t have been there to view the oil pan nor did they save it to show him. Sherry even went as far to say that my son was a liar. No professionalism. At one point they told my father in law that the mechanic that worked on the car no longer worked there. Well today the mechanic who worked on the car confessed that he did the work and proceeded to get in my father in law’s face all which I have on a video on my cell phone. Do not waste your money! I’m going to take this as far as I can. Cause I got time and evidence.

Came in right as they opened after my tire light came on. They got me in and out quick. Perk was great, and I’ll be back with any car other issues.

Don’t trust them. Charged me 3000 to fix my car. Had it for a month n a half just for nothing to be fixed. Returned my car to me when it is clearly unsafe to use. Reported it on carfax that they fixed it tho. Isn’t that fraud?
