"Be aware!" of Dustin friendliness and tactics this is how he gain my trust then broke it. I was told by Dustin applying for the Midas credit card I will get 1 year no interest fee. But it didn't happen that way. I was charged a interest fee once a month., Because he didn't put the promotion in at the time I applied for it. When I told him about the interest fee occuring once a month he pretended to put the promotion in for a second time but the Midas Corporation told me he never put it in. To make a long story short I paid the credit card off before anymore interest occurs. If he offer you to apply for a Midas Credit Card with a promotion deal make sure you get it in writing. Prior taking my vehicle to this location I put a new vapor canister on it. 2 months of waiting to get my car from the shop the engine light came on a week later. I had a diagnostic done it needed a vapor canister. I observed the one on my car and realized the vapor canister rubber hose was replaced by a used cracked one. I knew then the auto mechanic who had done the work on my car had replaced a new rubber hose by a used one to keep their ongoing business. If you find yourself going to this location often to get different things repaired this might be happening to you. "Don't be fooled," by their character.

I brought my car (2005 Toyota) here with little to no hope it could be fixed due to wear and tear. However, that changed when I met the incredible staff at this location. Mark helped me get accommodated & did a very good job explaining things. The stores manager, Dustin, did not stop until he found a solution for my car. He’s very professional, great energy, overall a really kind hearted person. It’s safe to say my Toyota is back up and running after his hardwork, dedication and patience. Not to mention, it was affordable! I would 110% recommend this place. Don’t hesitate, schedule the appointment!

Where to start? The staff actually took the time to help me and show me what happened with my engine, Dustin was kind enough to explain the process of what they had to do while replacing the engine. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed did not have to wait at all. It took a little bit longer than expected, but you can tell the amount of care and effort this company puts in to every single one of their cars and customers. Really kind and helpful. I came in for an oil change and I usually prepare myself to be sold on a bunch of “extras”. They were great, only recommended one thing and were very clear that they could do it only if I wanted to. Didn’t feel pressured or tricked at all like other places can and often do. They brought me into the shop to show me my tires and notice the tread for myself showing that they should be rotated. They rotated them for free and topped off my wiper fluid. Very happy and will definitely come back for this kind of service!

I never write reviews, but felt compelled to write this one. I brought my car (2009 Mercury Mariner) in because the red battery light dashboard indicator turned on. The AC and the power stearing were also cutting in and out. Initially, they replaced the serpentine belt and the belt tensioner, but, after I picked up the car, those problems remained. I brought it back in and the shop had it for almost two weeks! Given that length of time, I was considering writing an angry review and advising anyone to never go to this location. However, I then communicated with Dustin, who gave me details about the amount of work he was putting into diagnosing the issue and fixing it. The problem was located in the electronics of my car, and was not an easy fix. Dustin put a ton of work into figuring out the problem and repairing it. When I came to pick it up, he had me pop the hood and explained to me all of the work that he'd done. The price he charged me was also extremely reasonable given the amount of work that was required. The car now runs probably better than it ever has. Finding a trustworthy and reliable mechanic is difficult, but Dustin clearly fits the bill. Hopefully the people running this location realize how much of an asset he is to them.

The staff at Midas told me I needed all new brakes. I was quoted over $1000. I went to another shop to see if I could find a better price. To my surprise, I was told my brakes were in nearly PERFECT condition and did NOT need to be replaced. I’m very glad I looked elsewhere before paying for a totally unneeded service. What a scam!

$1300 lesson. My daughter was visiting Milwaukee and took her car in for lack of heat. Diagnosis was bad radiator and fan assembly. Parts retail price at ~$200. Their cost $400, mark up %100. Their charge $800. The manager I spoke to seemed reasonable to say that the local store has no say on corporate pricing and practices. Total price including labor $1300. My kid could've made a call and saved a lot of $.

Everything about this experience was great!
