Dan is very helpful and went out of his way to write up a paper on estimate and converter put on illegally for which I was going to court on , his report won me the case I’m sure of it. Crazy thing is he didn’t charge me for doing this either. Good man

I made an appointment with this shop two days beforehand (he ask for cash), for 9 am, when I got there the owner/manager told me to bring it in the afternoon, because he had work that morning, that was very unprofessional, I later took my car to pep boys and not only was cheaper they took me immediately. for a tune up. I had been their customer for three years, my business will go somewhere else from now on.

I got quoted at $250 for a new converter and 1 mount. Ended up getting it for $70 at another shop. You might think the quality and workmanship is different, but they were the Same kind of employees and same aftermarket parts.

Nice guy! I came in early one morning as I thought I had an exhaust leak (vehicle was putting up a general error code which was later fixed, but an exhaust leak could possibly have triggered it). He put my 4runner up on the rack and had a quick look/listen. Told and showed me that everything was fine and that there were no leaks he could detect. Sent me on my way with no charge.

Dan is awesome. One time, I needed a catalytic converter and he had it done so quickly. Two years later, a smog technician told me it was the wrong converter. I was so upset. I called Dan and he checked my repair bill and was sure it was the right one, but told me to bring my car in just to be sure. Dan was right. The smog tech must've been dyslexic or very distracted. Dan is gracious, kind, honest, and goes out of his way to provide exceptional customer service at very reasonable prices. I cannot recommend him enough. He is a wonderful human being and deserves your business.

Dan & his team was nothing short of Amazing!... Being very picky, they exceeded our expectations of how our exhaust system sounded & how our chrome tips looked, in the meantime everyone was very helpful, calm (no eye rolling or attitudes lol) & friendly, especially since the shop is scheduled to close at 6pm & the system I wanted kept the team working well after 7pm.... It's a small shop behind a gas station. The employees are friendly, but easily distracted. I went for new mufflers and resonator delete. It was expensive, and I was told it would take two hours. It took around four hours, probably because every time a customer came they would stop working on my car to talk to them. I probably won't be back.
