I drive a Ford… so I need a good mechanic on speed dial. Mike’s Automotive took a look at my truck and did not try to sell me a bunch of bs repairs that I didn’t want. They have a favorite tow truck guy, Jorge, who was great but couldn’t handle me that day so he gave me a good alternative, which I appreciated. Mike’s team fixed everything we discussed AND communicated very well. The mechanic took me through the work and showed me why certain things were needed. Overall it was a great experience in spite of the expensive repairs I needed. I will 100% use them again.

This review is a long time coming, my apologies to Mike/owner of Mike’ Automotive. I was highly recommended by a satisfied customer. My son is a customer as well. I had the pleasure of meeting Mike, his team and had no regrets going forward. My car had several issues. Before repairs, I would get a detailed breakdown. I can’t say enough about Mike, but I will. He is very considerate, understanding and goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers. The problems I have with my vehicle are expected due to the year and model, but I must say after a visit to Mike’s’s Automotive, it will get taken care of.
