I didn't think my Subaru Outback was climbing the mountains of West Virginia as well as it should have been. I stopped at Mike's Motor Zone because I always see Subarus for sale on his front line and I knew it would be the place to have my car serviced. I spoke with Mike about changing the CVT fluid in my Subaru. Mike explained the whole process and I learned some things about my Subaru transmission that I didn't know. I dropped my car off at Mike's the evening before my appointment as Mike's has a night drop box, as well as after-hours pick up! One cool thing about having your vehicle serviced at Mike's - you will receive a Comprehensive Courtesy Inspection at no cost. I received a text and email detailing other areas of my car that may need service . . . with photos! That information is priceless and there is no pressure to have these services done. My service was completed in a timely manner and I appreciated the professionalism of everyone at Mike's Motor Zone. Stop by and talk to these folks when you are looking for a place to get your vehicle serviced!

Are they pricey or cheap or simply fair with what they charge? Honestly, I don't know what today's crazy economic standard is for vehicle work. What they are, for sure, is personable, thorough, and willing to work with you. In an area known for it's awful traffic, Mike's Motor Zone is a pleasant experience worth the visit. Not a paid review. Great Place for all your service needs! Staff goes above and beyond to help. Fully digital shop, you get a text message with a link to see pictures, video, etc of your vehicle including any recommended service work. They also have loaner vehicles to use while yours is in the shop, and if you need to pick up after hours, they have lock boxes they put your key in so it's safe and secure and you can pick up whenever you're available. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs service on their vehicle from basic oil changes and state inspections all the way up to full diagnostics. They work on just about every make & model including hybrid, & full electric vehicles. (Tesla included) Give them a call, you'll be glad you did!

Staff were very friendly and kind considering my situation. I took my old 2008 ford escape in that required a lot of work, that I ultimately decided to get rid of, but the staff provided me a detailed report of what was wrong and stayed in touch with me before doing any mechanical repairs. I appreciate their service and communication. It was very easy to have my car dropped off and inspected the next day. Best auto shop I have been to. I will be back for any future car needs!

highly recommended I needed assistance finding a place that had knowledge of rodent tape because my vehicle kept getting ruined by rodent damage. Also, they have loaner cars available. Highly recommended very nice. They thoroughly go over your car complementary inspection. For months, I was getting a run around from where I used to take my car for service & Mike's got the part delivered & repaired in 1 day! Adam & Mike were professional, friendly, caring & knowledgeable in getting my car inspected, serviced & repaired in a timely manner. Glad we found our new car shop! Adam and Mike were both amazing to work with. We received a detailed breakdown of recommendations once our vehicle was serviced. Mike was extremely helpful breaking everything down and going over what might need taken care of ASAP and what might be done down the road. Was also pleasantly surprised when I went to pay and was told I had almost $50 in rewards money!
