My service advisor was Richard. Great customer service. I made appt and got me in quick. Fixed brakes and were able to save me money on rotors. The dealership had tried to sell me a bunch of things i didnt need and this place told me accurately and did not try to take advantage. Definitely recommend having them check out your car.

RE- Ford F150 Mikey's Auto was great. I've been there two times...the first was a little lookyloo to balance & rotate my tires. The second time was to check my brakes for a vibration I was having. They took a quick test drive and then confirmed it was rear brakes/warped rotors needing replacement. Price was competitive and fair and they were able to get it done in leas than two hours. Randy was knowledgeable & excellent to work with. I'm pretty sure they perform about every kind of mechanic work on many makes/models and it appears they do it well. I'd recommend Mikey's Auto on Memorial & N. Lincoln if your looking for a good competent auto shop at fair competitive price. Truck brakes like new!!! Sweet!

I had a great experience with Mikey’s Automotive. I had a transmission fluid flush and coolant flush and it took about 2 hours 45 minutes. Price was competitive, employees were friendly and kind, and I believe the quality of work is high. Free coffee in the waiting room!

Installed a lift kit for me on my Subaru Impreza. Amazingly transparent about cost, timeframe and future planning/ maintenance. Everyone in the shop is friendly and welcoming. From the front door to the garage door excellent service the staff was very professional . Latoya at the front desk took care of all the extended warranty work and the shop respected my vehicle just as clean as it was when I dropped it off thanks ... When the part from Mercedes was delayed ( no shocker there ) she called me immediately to let me know of the updated time I wasn’t calling them ( to get updates ) thanks again for the great Job and you have a new repeat customer for life …. To be fair Mikey's is a client and you might think this review biased. However, I interact with more service centers than most and can usually spot the good ones. Actually, I often feel bad that I don't spread my business amongst my other shops! Whether you need a simple oil change, or a more complex repair, you can count on excellent service.

I'm buying a car from out of state, so it was important that I get a pre-purchase inspection (PPI). The crew over at Mikey's made this process easy and stress-free. The inspection was THOROUGH— not just "does it work?" but "here's a tiny imperfection that you may not care about, but we're gonna make sure there are no surprises!" They took their time walking through everything with me. As a woman without much technical knowledge on cars, I've had lackluster experiences with mechanics in the past. This shop is a breath of fresh air. Thank you to LaToya, Richard, Randy, and the trustworthy technicians at Mikey's Automotive. If I lived in OKC, I'd be a repeat customer. Replaced the oil cooler on my 2015 Ram 3.6 did an excellent job and did a little extra, by cleaning the the oil that had been leaking out of the oil cooler. Also gave me a oil change and transmission service. They were great explaining every detail of what they were going to do. I will definitely come back to service my other vehicles

Feeling blessed! Our car broke down coming off of Bdwy Extention. Just a couple of minutes Mikey stopped to check on us. He called a tow truck friend who got us to his shop. Being from Enid we needed to get home & there was an Avis right next door so we rented a car! Randy got my car in in a couple of days, discovered the computer was fried. Had to order 1 & it took about a week to get it. They installed & programmed it & got me going in just 2 weeks! Very nice & professional, kept me informed of the progress. Very satisfied & would recommend Mikeys Automotive to anyone!! 😊😊😊

I struggled and soaked for months with this lowest level of taken advantage of. I didn't know if going to an attorney or the news station would help. I took my 2007 Dodge Nitro to Mikey's as a second look at when the first car repair couldn't decide how to fix. The repair was to clean out diesel gas accidentally put in the vehicle by my daughter. Mikey's was aware that I could not afford a costly bill and I wanted to start in increments only, in order to prevent this. Randy looked at my car, called me several times as my bill continued to increase without a resolution. I stopped repairs with now a bill of close to $500. Randy quoted several times, "these things we just don't know about". As I was felt from Randy that he was trying to help me and didnt know he could get my car going again. Randy called me and said he could waved the bill with a signed over title and if or when he gets it started, they would donate my vehicle to Oklahoma Christian University. I thought, this was a fair deal, even though we really needed my daughter's car and now she's without transportation. I agreed to this offer from Randy, when 2wks later I see my vehicle two doors down from Mikey's at iCarOkc, now for sale $4977. I was furious Randy absolutely took advantage of my family. After trying to look further into the situation reaching out to Oklahoma Christian University. They never heard of this vehicle coming to them and it was never in their fleet to be given to any student. I even looked at the details of carfax in this sale and no details had been listed about any repairs from Mikey's on the vehicle. Double taken advantage of. In my visit to Oklahoma Christian University, the car priced decreased quickly and my vehicle disappeared off this lot. I absolutely did not know what to do in this situation. Mikey's is listed on BBB as an A+, many customers love this place. I just can't understand how they pick and choose who they would like to steal from, as I read other reviews of deception from them. This was my review and I hope it helps someone. My family was at lost and Mikey's got a gain.
