Brought my truck here after being recommended by my normal mechanic. A couple other shops had looked at it and felt that the leak was coming from the transmission pan. Each either tightened the pan or replaced the gasket but the leak never stopped. Brought it to them and they called when they looked at it to let me know it was actually the shift linkage seal. Replaced that and hasn't leaked since. I've waited a couple months to do this review to make sure it's been taken care of. To be honest I'm not big on reviews but felt like it was appropriate and hopefully others are as satisfied as I've been. Fair pricing, repair took a couple days total between diagnosing and fixing and very friendly people. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will be back for any future transmission needs!

I usually don’t write reviews but I just couldn’t let this outstanding customer service go unnoticed. Millers was recommended to us by our local mechanics shop. We took our Tahoe to them to rebuild our transmission. The ladies in the front office were very nice and helpful in explaining the process to us. They said they would have the car for about a week. A week later we get a call that the vehicle was fixed and ready for pickup. They first impressed me because it was actually done when they said it would. We drive the vehicle for a couple days and discovered it was leaking transmission fluid. We called and they said no problem, bring it back and we will fix it. Well, we get the vehicle back the second time and drive it for a few days and it’s leaking again. So we called and took the vehicle back. At this point I will admit I was a little frustrated. I mean we payed good money to get this repaired and just wanted it done. Well today we get the call that it’s repaired and ready for pickup. My wife went to pick it up. The owner comes out to speak to my wife and apologizes multiple times and proceeds to explain to my wife exactly what happened. He made it a point to explain in detail and told her that we were the first time that’s ever happened. He said that he called a meeting with his crew especially over our vehicle to discuss and make sure this doesn’t happen again. Get this, then for our trouble he offers to pay for our dinner or money back from the original price. Wow!! I mean this owner is hands down a great guy! As a small business owner myself I strive to give this type of customer service! I will never use another transmission shop again. This company just earned my business for life! Great people and a great company!!

I highly commend and recommend Miller’s transmission. They are very friendly and family oriented business. I had a cel come on after a flush on my Camry had to get this resolved asap for upcoming inspection and they were able to fix the issue with no problem for a great price. They also did a reset and made the gear shift smoothly. Now it feels like a new car!

I was referred to Millers transmission by another great body shop. I was warmly welcomed the time I stepped into their facility. Greeted by everyone , everyone introduced theirselves. Had the pleasure of talking to a gentleman (would later find out he was the owner) and he abruptly told me he would be able to fix my problem. My gears were off badly… park would reverse , drive would park . He fixed it in less than 15-20 min. Highly recommend this spot ! Great family oriented place of business and above all extremely GENUINE . 9/17/25

I will have to say there is still decent and honest people in the world, if I could give 10 stars I would. I took my truck in thinking it was one thing so did Tony (Owner), come to find out it wasn't, .But him and his mechanics worked diligently to find the problem, and they did. Tony was apologetic for taking so long ,but he was stumped trying to figure it out. Then he explained my options, and didn't pressure me either way, long story short. He did what he said he would and then some, and was very reasonable on the price. He has a local, family business , and me being a small business owner myself, I try to support and stay local. I highly recommend them, from Tony , the mechanics and the ladies up front, are very friendly and helpful.

Additional Edit: It was the shift solenoids that they were apparently positive it wasn't. I put them myself because I was confident they were wrong and like I anticipated they were. Do your research before going here. I'm telling you they're in it for the money and not the customer. Edit: after further inspection I noticed the speedometer no longer works and there is paint scuff on the front of the vehicle also along with everything else I listed... Came here because of their reputation and reviews. Unfortunately my experience wasn't so great. First off they're very condescending to anything you have to say. They tell you a quote and then the bill is close to $300 more than what they told you. I do know what a quote is and being that far off is ridiculous. I've been in the business for close to 10 years and that's unacceptable. The office people act like they're the ones working on the vehicles but can't provide any information other than, "probably not" and "you should just put a transmission in it.". I finally have the vehicle back and now it has a check engine light and the shift indicator does not work. I'm honestly curious on what else I haven't noticed yet. In good conscience I can't recommend this place. Maybe they were feeling off or tired when it came to my vehicle but I'm not happy with the service in the slightest. Best of luck and please do better.

Tony as he always has, fixed the problem with the leaky, wore out, pissed off rear main seal. He also replaced the cam shaft position sensor oring (this was supposedly "replaced" by another shop few months ago. They most def didnt!) Anyways, Tony took care of that on his own without being asked to look at it an we greatly appreciate the extra care he takes when he's worked on any of our vehicles. He done a rear end job on the big old jacked up red Chevrolet truck i had about 18ish yrs ago, he also did a rear end job on a Iroc Z camaro i had about 16ish years ago. He's always been upfront an honest with us about repairs, walked us thru with detail on what he done, an even showed us damaged parts he replaced. Looks like his son is following in his footsteps with working on stuff, an that was good to see a younger mechanic doing the job right the first time an not yanking ppl around with unnecessary repairs. (In today's world it's a breath of fresh air to know we still have a dependable, honest place that we can still take our vehicles to!) Thanks again Tony for taking care of us an making sure the truck was good to go! Miller's is definitely the place we will always come back to for the big stuff!

I am from Brandon Florida had issues with transmission not shifting, no speed indication basically at the mercy of the shops, was recommended to these folks at Miller's Transmission incThe best recommendation i could have received! Very honest and knowledgeable! Would recommend for auto transmission issues. Could have taken advantage of the situation however did not! Was a God send! Thanks for the care you took in my issues!
