They're so great. Every time I'm there, I feel like I'm in and out in an absurdly short amount of time. I think the longest I've ever been there while they've worked in my car is 50 minutes. Also, they're attentive, and they'll alert you to things that may soon need replacement or ask you to pay attention to specific things so that you can keep your car in tip-top shape. Now, a few things that may account for my smooth and pleasant experiences there: 1) I don't know that I've ever needed MAJOR adjustments, repaired, or replacements. Still, whenever my friends hear about how little time I spend there, they're always very surprised and jealous. 2) I always call ahead and ask when in the coming days is best to swing by. My only qualm is that they may need some time to order certain parts, and they'll then need you to return within a highly reasonable amount of time. Still, I think this is more than a fair tradeoff for the level of attention and the service my car and I get here.

William and Wai are great and run a good shop for repair on a variety of cars. They will always be upfront and truthful with you and work with you to find the best way to fix your car at a reasonable budget. They also do awesome body work. So, if you need maintenance or accident repair, I would highly recommend them. I've been going there for 15 years.

I have been coming here for what most be over a decade now and have always been quite happy. Prices are good, work is always top notch, and they never try and push unnecessary work. I have had routine oil and spark plug changes, new tires, brakes, shocks, water pumps, power steering, radiators, belts, complete new engine, and misc other general repairs across five different vehicles (domestic and import) and they have always been great to work with. As others have mentioned, it's best to call ahead and see how busy they are if you're looking for same day service but typically it's not usually a long wait with most appointments being set for a day or two later. Anyways these are my go to mechanics for the majority of work on my vehicles. They are solid guys.
