Great place Great wash job. Just avoid ten mile McMillan location. Their machines are on , hyper steroid power. If you have a roll up tonneau cover, it will pop I'll it open and fill your truck bed with water. The machines beat your vehicle up. All other locations are great

Where to start....The employees are friendly. The place is very clean but there is almost ZERO attention to detail. Every single time I go I pay $8 more on top of my monthly $25 to make sure my cars are clean. But....every single time I go I have to walk around the car and spend 5-10 min with the guys going over missed spots on my car. I ended my membership and went back and expressed my concerns to the manager Travis. He was great and listened intently to my concerns and tried to earn my business back by taking “extra special” care of my car. He sent it through the wash and then back to “detail shop”. 1 hour and 28 min later I get my car back....STILL tons of basic steps missed. Water spots in windows...wipe marks on the paint. Water in door jams. Interior dressing on instrument cluster and on my fabric. Streaks on the “cleaned” parts of windows. TONS of tire dressing even some on my wheels. I left disappointed. I then went to the downtown Boise location today hoping I’d get a different experience...the car was even worse. I guess I’ll be washing my cars myself when I have the time. It’s a shame. If they stepped up their game to BASIC car washing steps...they could make even more money than what they are. Thanks for trying I guess. Below picture is how the car should look leaving the wash. That’s after 15 min of touch up and wiping excess product off after I get home.

For sure will DAMAGE your vehicle. I do not recommend. Our side mirror had no damage to it prior to going in and came out falling apart. Be aware. They will review the "video" but will say that your vehicle was damage prior even if it wasn't. Also wants you to tip prior to the wash. Not sure what the tip was for since they don't do anything except press the button on which level wash you want, which you could push the button yourself. Save your car/truck and save the headache. DON'T GO HERE.

My initial experience with pointing out damage to my car resulted in being gaslit by the manager who was trying her best to convince me that the paint chip damage was normal wear and tear. She said that they could look on the cameras (which eventually they did) but I don’t know what they’re expecting to see when the damage is tiny paint chips all over the front end and hood of my car, and tiny chips all over the windshield. Upon discovering extensive damage to my windshield as I was driving during sunset, I called and they told me to come in and file a claim. Lo and behold, that claim was denied and Mister Car denies that they caused the damage. This is very obviously not normal wear and tear, my vehicle looks like it was sandblasted. I cancelled my membership upon my first interaction with the manager, Kate, after she insisted that the damage wasn’t from the car wash. It had only renewed two days prior and she cancelled it without even considering giving me a refund and then told me that the refund wasn’t possible because she cancelled it too quickly. The VERY LEAST that could have been done is a refund for the month. Instead they offered me free car wash coupons, seriously? I’ve only had this car for three and a half months and I’m heartbroken that it’s now in this condition. The only thing that could truly resolve this is replacing my windshield but a full refund for the entire month that I paid for and didn’t use the car was would be a start. Y’all have my info, my claim, and now my bad review. Do we really need to go as far as getting lawyers involved? I hope not.

Started coming to Mister Car Wash after I got a free car wash coupon from Peterson Toyota. Was a little bit out-of-the-way but well worth my visit. I have never seen a friendlier bunch of people then the crew at Mister Car Wash. What impressed me right off the bat was their offer to remove my antenna so it would not get damaged. This does not happen at other car washes in the Boise area that I have visited. Please open a new car wash in the Eagle area and you will have my business every other week!

Yesterday I took my truck to be cleaned.I asked the attendant if my antenna should be removed. He assured me it was not necessary. This morning I’m at the dealership having my antenna replaced. Because Mister Car washes lack of concern, I’m know paying $260 dollars. I just wanted a quick exterior wash.You have been warned!!

Staff is very friendly at this location. My only complaint is the tunnel smells horrible at this specific location. It smells like mildew or something funky is growing in there. Even with the air turned off or set to recirculate it takes about 15 minutes for the smell to leave the cabin of my vehicle.

I’ve been going to Mister’s Carwash for over a year now and I like that they provide swift and efficient service at pretty much all of their locations. For a simple monthly fee, you can go as often as you like, and because they have multiple locations across the country, you can go out of town and still get a nice wash! With bug remover and everything!

State of the art wash. It is not completely touchless but I have had zero issues with the rollers and scrubbers. Car always looks great. The free vacuums are a plus. They have memberships or single washes. Not sure why I haven't signed up yet but the membership is clearly a better deal. I probably will next time I go. Staff is always really nice to deal with and it's just a nice place

I did some accidental mudding due to not paying attention where I was driving after rain. I didn't notice that my underglow had completely come off. Jesus noticed and let me know my LEDs were on the ground and helped me remove them so they didn't get further damaged in the carwash, then Joel had me pull off to the side and crawled under my car to remove the other side that was barely hanging on on so they could be saved. Not removing these could have caused damage to where they were attached in the car beyond just destroying my lights. This is so far above and beyond a drive through car wash and I doubt the dealership would have noticed or addressed it. Excellent service.

I have to say that the customer service at this location has by far been the best! I was greeted with friendly smiles. I had questions about the memberships and all questions were answered. I got to meet the manager Joel and he asked if he could help me get a membership set up and he was so kind and went over each membership and helped me make a decision. I saw him greet everyone that came thru that car wash. From start to finish each staff member i came across was just awesome. I will recommend this location to everyone from here on out!

Everything I have used them it left white spots all over my car once it dried. I purchased an ultimate membership and this happened everything I used it. I used it a total of 3 times. I called to cancel membership a d get a refund and the lady wouldn't give me a refund and said I got my money's worth out of it even though I never once got a decent car wash and white spots were left all over my car every single time. I will never come here again. Terrible customer service too. I kept calling and no one would return my calls then made the excuse they are never in the office. Very rude too.
