Don’t recommend buying anything from this dealer and definitely don’t recommend using Harley as a lender. One of the worst experiences all around I’ve had with any dealer.

We had an awesome visit during their 1st annual mullet contest. Duncan met us at the door and spent a few minutes talking to us. He was obviously a salesperson, but did not come across as only being interested in selling us something. He was very personable and I enjoyed talking with him. If I lived in the area and was closer to being able to ride again, I'd definitely look to do business with him. I believe it was Isabella in Motorclothes who was also very hospitable. Overall, we had a very positive experience during our visit.

Management and Staff are very unprofessional, uneducated and VERY Rude. You would think they would have said let's us show you these fine motorcycles were selling, but no decided to go billy bad ass mode making them look like buffoons. Also it's not illegal to film your motorcycles from the public sidewalk there is no expectation of privacy from in public. of course it probably explains why has so many bikes sitting at your place for sale with your classy salesmanship. Calls the cops a law-abiding citizen standing on the sidewalk taking pictures. End of the day y'all got a lesson on what their rights of a person is on the sidewalk then you also will find out what goes on the internet never leaves the internet

I purchased my first ever 2023 Harley triglide from the dealership trading in my 2 wheeler 2021 Heritage 1400 custom and received an unbelievable deal. Way too good a deal to shop elsewhere. The trike was delivered all detailed and was ready to ride. So sales staff TOP-notch. As I became for comfortable with the trike I dropped her off for accessory add ons over 7 months and 3 work orders. I have added over $13,000 worth of accessories that make this triglide truly unique and every work order was coordinated by Britney the lead service writer, Mark Angelo the service manager and Neil the leader master tech was completed without issue. New upgraded exhaust, street tuner, auto tuner, xm radio, top of the line Harley stereo and amps, every Willie G chrome piece made, chrome wheel inserts, batwing front shied pouch, kurakyn chrome accents, old heritage springer front rails, extention back on your pack, Harley foam seats, high windshield, chrome controls, highway foot pegs, rider adjustable foot pegs, clock, thermometer, adjustable fan to lower engine temperature heat, custom pro glow under frame lighting, the newest dual cell battery and finally all of the badass brake lighting. I am a first time motorcycle buyer. They let me feel comfortable shopping their showroom, unlike the dealership closer to home. I bought the 2025 Heritage Classic. They brought it to my house because I wasn’t comfortable making the 40 minute trip as a first time rider. On my first ride it started blowing white smoke and leaking oil. I was a bit frustrated by that, but I called them and they picked it up as soon as possible. That’s when I started communicating with Marq in the service department. I probably called him too much, but he helped me understand what he was doing and why the repair was delayed. He wanted my bike to meet the new bike specifications and wouldn’t send it back to me if it didn’t. It took a couple weeks to get it back, but having rode it, it is worth it. It runs perfectly. I have already fallen in love with this bike. This team took a frustrating experience and turned it into pure gold. I can tell you where my next bike is coming from.
