Products are not that great !! Nissan also have bad transmissions and they are aware of this. Doesn't matter if new or used automobiles . Stay away buy American !!!

Few dealerships do the right thing when it comes to helping customers that have already purchased a vehicle. I bought a truck and a day after it started showing signs of needing a new IWE check valve. I called and they referred me to Ford next door and put the entire bill for the repair on their account... they did not have to do that, but did because they truly take care of their customers. Keosha and Stephanie are awesome. I will be back and I will be referring colleagues to this dealership.

The guy at the service and parts desk was extremely rude and sarcastic when asked a question about the transmission fluid I was purchasing. He didnt have a name tag for me to list his name or I would. Ill definitely ask for someone else when I go back!

I went to Nissan of Mobile to weigh my options of the possibility of getting a new car rather than another used vehicle. I was greeted by Colton who listed to what i was interested in and paid close attentions to details of my life to help me look at the perfect Vehicle. He showed me a 2020 Nissan Sentra, and he REALLY sold me this vehicle. he did not let any details go without being pointed out or un explained. He made sure that i knew this vehicle would keep me and my family safe. The team worked with me and my fiancé and all of our options. I left from Nissan with a car that only had TEN miles on it. Truck had roaches, had mold and water damage that I found out 3 monthes later, had to replace, windshield.tried to reach out, but no responses. I wouldn't send my enemy to this place.

This place is a complete shame in the service center. They charged us almost $600 to DIAGNOSE our truck claiming they got "pre-approval" for the price prior to diagnosing, which would never have been approved by us. No person in their right mind would pay that amount of money to diagnose a truck that is 12 years old. They were out for a dollar and they got it because we wouldn't have been able to get our truck back without paying. I will never use or recommend this place to anyone unless they just want to have dishonest service and their money taken.

I have been a Nissan customer for over a decade. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, mentioned my tire pressure light was on, and my air conditioner was not getting cold. My appointment was scheduled for 8/19 at 4:00 p.m. At 5:55 p.m. I received my Multi-Point Inspection all of the items inspected were green, needing no service. However, Brian informed me that my tire pressure was low due to a nail the technician found in the "sidewall" and the tire was not repairable. I was told I would have to purchase a new tire (unfortunately my tires are not even 2 years old). I purchased the tire, and my car was ready. Brian stated that there were no technicians available to diagnose my air conditioner. So I got in my hot car with my new tire and went home. Four days (8/23) later my tire pressure light was on again. This time, the light indicated another tire was low. I took my car back to Nissan on 8/27. I explained to Katie that my tires are fairly new and that I just replaced a tire a few days ago. My concern was could the technician inadvertently put the "bad" tire back on my car when he rotated the tires? She said they marked the "bad" tires (but I also feel like mistakes can be made when technicians are at the end of their shifts and ready to go home). To make a long story short, Katie told me that two different technicians looked at my tire and couldn't find anything wrong with it. They put air in my tire, and I was told I may have to purchase another tire if I keep having tire pressure issues. Three days later, tire pressure light was on again, this time I didn't even bother taking it back to Nissan of Mobile. I took my car to another Nissan Service Center and within 10 minutes they found the issue!! They pulled a nail out, fixed my tire and washed my car! Everyone should be treated with the same level of care and concern. It's so unfortunate that at Nissan of Mobile the quality of service and care has declined over the years.

I've scheduled my last 3 oil changes here. Everything went smoothly each time. Shortest wait time was 1 hour, longest was 2.5 hours. I've never had anything approved without my consent, though that could just be my luck. They also have great accommodations that makes for a comfortable wait.

Usually a nice place but I happened to SCHEDULE an oil change on customer appreciation day! Not happy having a set appointment and still had to wait 3 hours because of walk-ins! Need 2 have a priority list! Also was told my car was in tip top shape but the trip before they recommended nearly $3000 worth of repairs! I haven't had any repairs done so it probably should have exceeded the previous quote! Leaking oil a little, lower steering control arms were shot, windshield has multiple chips and large cracks, but they don't do windshields yet estimated a replacement at $900! There were oil hand prints around the door handles, hood and a couple other places, a couple of new fairly large scratches. But it was tip top! Even my slow leaking tire, which has a little less tread than the rest, had apparently miraculously gained rubber to match the other 3! I understand they were busy, tired and ready to go home but I'd just assume not have a multi point inspection if they're just putting on paper what looked good! Now, were those things before really true or just trying to drum up more business!?! P. S. I mentioned what several of my photos were under them but pressed back button by mistake so all that's apparently gone! Not doing it again. They're pretty self explanatory!! Look for scratches and oil!

Update 2nd oil change. 2024 armada w/9k miles. Bought new here and only serviced here. My vehicle was returned with oil on the leather door panel and steering wheel. Also dripped oil on engine cover. Sloppy work. Will be going elsewhere.
