I tore off part of my front bumper on one of those concrete parking barriers. It was fixed as soon as I got there. Looked like it never happened. The owner and his helper were fun to talk to; very nice people. I will use them again in the future. It was my most pleasant interaction with a body shop in my life and I'm old. Highly recommend them for the quality of their work and the value.

Over a year ago I called them for an estimate to repair my clear coat. Initially they didn’t answer, instead they texted me back a few hours later asking how my car looked from 10 feet away. I sent them some pictures and never heard from them again. A few months after that my wife called them, wanting to surprise me by fixing my car. They told her they’d get back to her but never did. Finally a month ago I went by there in person with my car and spoke with someone there. He proceeded to tell me that my car was very old (2003) and was considered basically an antique at this point and asked me if I really wanted to fix up this car. Then he asked me if I bought it from an older person and asked me why I liked this car. Look I don’t mind chit chat but I don’t need someone giving me a history lesson on my car and then try to talk me out of maintaining it. I got the feeling he didn’t want to work on the car because he kept making excuses. I finally asked him point blank how much and he told me $7000. For a basic, nos rust, same color, paint job. We are not taking about show quality here just a basic nice paint job. I asked him, “so with that price surely you’re taking off all the trim and sanding down almost to metal right?” He said no, they would only sand until the paint stopped coming off and they would leave most of the trim on. I could not believe what I was hearing. I went to a few other body shops and every single one of them was cheaper by far. I’m sure these guys do good work swapping out bumpers and fenders but their customer relations is terrible.

These people are scammers I repeat do not use them! I paid them not even two weeks ago to repair my front bumper on my Jaguar and they drilled screws through my headlight that now needs to be replaced for $2400 and they are trying to say it was already damaged! I have photos and quotes from other shops that show there was no prior damage! Thank god the other guys that provided quotes are willing to go to small claims courts with me! I promise you I will get the last laugh!

My scraped-up car bumper looks like new now -- and Ryan is such a nice guy -- and he is so good at this work -- and he charges fair prices. Really, you couldn't ask for a better option. Unfortunately, his body shop on Riverside Drive in Asheville got flooded during Helene. But he has figured out a way forward by going mobile. So now he works out of the back of a beautiful Tundra which holds all the cool tools he likes to use to get the job done. In my case, he replaced the scraped-up fog light section on my front bumper and then beautifully smoothed out the chewed-up bumper itself and then painted it with the correct paint from the manufacturer to blend totally with the rest of my car. And he did this all while my car sat in its usual parking spot in front of my house. In other words, apart from being mad at myself for messing up my car bumper in the first place, the whole process was a delight from start to finish! Just be patient and keep texting -- because he is in demand!

I am so grateful and happy about the work these folks did on my vehicle. I had unfortunately run into a giant dear, and my front bumper was totaled. My hood was bent up, headlamp concaved, and I also had some other damage from previous incidents, including a missing piece off the side of my car, a broken passenger mirror, stuck old tape glue on one side of the car. By the time I received the car back, it looked like a brand new vehicle. I was blown away. Even some interior parts were working that weren't working before! They were incredibly nice, knowledgeable, efficient, affordable - in fact very fair, genuine and authentic - no silly business with upselling or trickery. They are the real deal and came highly recommended by several from my local community. We received a good deal paying cash and out of pocket, (since insurance did not cover it). Thank you so much!!
