Jimmy’s repaired an oil leak at the oil pan gasket at the end of April. I was just advised that it was still leaking so I took it back in. Jimmy’s gave me a courtesy car and had the gasket repaired by the next day—no charge! Great service, I’ll be back.

Jimmy's is the best auto shop I've ever been to hands down. They scan your entire car when they do anything to it and give you options. They aren't pushy about it. And they even have come in under estimate before because 'it was cheaper than they thought it would be'. WHO DOES THAT NOWADAYS?! The answer is nobody folks. Do your car and your wallet a favor, quit looking for other places and just call the nice dudes at Jimmy's.

We chose Jimmy's because of the high ratings, but after giving them $300 dollars to perform a brakes diagnostic only to have them say "Your brakes still have good life in them. Our recommendation is to replace them" I can say with confidence my money and time was wasted. I emailed asking to rectify the situation with no response. This is bad business.

My elderly mother informed me that she recently spent $2300 for a service (not repair) on a vehicle with only 64k miles. They insisted that she absolutely needed her timing belt, water pump, amongst other things replaced when her car was perfectly fine. I feel she was completely taken advantage of. I have spent $2300 at an automative place before, but NEVER for a service or when my car was running perfectly fine. I’ve only paid that much for a major repair when a car was broken down and undrive-able.

Overall great experience. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. Easy to make an appointment online. Only inconvenience was they were suppose to do a state vehicle inspection. When I picked it up, it was not showing on my invoice. When I alerted them, the were quick to fix it and I didn’t wait long.

I called Jimmy's after a friend said I might've blown a head gasket. Jamie looked at the schedule for a cancellation the same day. They fit me in that afternoon; the head gasket was fine but the engine had carbon buildup and there was an oil leak. They serviced my car in the same hour (with a dye test for the oil leak) and their rates were reasonable. The atmosphere is always positive when I come in: organized, friendly, super competent, showing respect to both team members and customers, and I am confident with their expertise. Highly recommend.
