One of the best experiences ever. Will be taking my car there as long as I own a Honda. I came in to drop my car off when they opened because I had other things to do that day. My appointment wasn't even until 1:30 and I had no expectations that they would fix my car so quickly. But they diagnosed the problem as soon as I got there and fixed it before noon! granted, it was an easy 30min job but the fact that they had such willingness to help me asap meant a lot. Being a woman, I have to say they also treated me like a normal human being and I know that I didn't get gauged for money coming in. Thank you so much for being a great shop in town that I can trust.

After trying Honda and a few others, these guys provide a great service with expert knowledge at a reasonable price. Knowing they use Honda genuine parts is great. If you’re like me, whenever I go to an actual Honda dealer for service they try to charge me so much every single time. This place tells me exactly what I need to do and if I can hold off so I don’t need to pay or worry about it until later. When buying a new car, they also did an inspection to make sure everything checked out which was reassuring . I use them for my Honda fit and Honda crv hybrid.

I see that my experience is unusual, but Ted was unbelievably rude to me. He seemed to think my words meant nothing when I asked him to proceed with the work, and he continued to tell me the cost, that expensive diagnostics won’t fix the problem but I must still pay, and several other points regarding money and payment over and over. When I asked why he was treating me like this he said he is regularly reamed by customers who don’t understand, or spouses who don’t communicate. I said “ that wasn’t me, I want the work done.” I needed everything done by next week, why won’t he just do it? I said yes to the cost. Instead, he said I should take the car somewhere I’m comfortable and refused to do the work. Couldn’t be more disappointed and was really sorry to hear he’s the owner. What a waste of energy and a day of my life.

Called them and explained that I drove in from Indianapolis and that a message cone on my dash that I needed my exhaust system looked at. They tested the codes and found a minor problem that had to do with my air filter housing. The fix was done at a minimal charge for parts only no charge for labor or the code test. Great place, friendly and honest all the things to find when you are traveling far from home. Thanks again.

Oh my gosh, this place is fantastic! I was out of town, hearing a weird noise and they have a wizard who can listen to noises and figure out what it is. I had a small leak in my power steering he topped it off. Sent me on my way and refused payment. I left a tip with the secretary ha! Made it home just fine and will get it repaired locally.

Been taking my cars here for years, and need to say what a good job these folks do. They serviced my Civic Si super well for years, and recently too my CR-V in for an ac tune up and overall check. They fixed everything perfectly and let me know what to be aware of in the future, and took amazing care of my car while in their posession. Great attention to detail and quick turnaround. They are amazing I brought my car in because it wasn't starting well, and they easily dx it, and for free, as needing a new starter; then, when it wouldn't start so I could drive it home and then bring it back on a different day after they could order the needed part, they somehow found the needed part at a different auto repair shop and fixed it that same day, even though i had no appointment, so that I didn't have to either get a hotel for the night or an expensive taxi/Uber ride home to waynesville and back for the next day; and they were also nice enough to do an oil change, too! They were also incredibly courteous, fast, and had fantastic communication and customer service expertise, and were honest and very affordable as well. They definitely now have me as a customer for life (or for however long that I live here in the area). I couldn't recommend them any more than I already do.

These guys and business are really great. Joey did a fantastic job on our car multiple times, and they always do right by us and I'm sure all their customers. They have fair pricing and they are fair people. We appreciate you guys!! First we got all 4 of our spark plugs replaced. It was a tricky situation figuring out what's wrong with our car. Unfortunately that wasn't our main issue so we got a partial refund for that, which we greatly appreciated then got the car back in the shop. It ended up being a blown head gasket, which obviously sucks, but they did a great job repairing and replacing everything needed for that repair. Very thorough work. Very professional service and people. Thank you guys!! If you have a Honda, this is the best place to take it.

LOVE this place! They have fixed some small transmission problems that even the Honda dealers could not figure out. Very competent, but also very customer friendly, and locally owned business. They know you by first name basis when you walk in the door. Very friendly honest people. Just a simple basic "waiting room", no big fancy overhead, but comfortable. Prices are very fair and honest. I'm assuming from their results, and just the overall general atmosphere there, that they value and pay their people well, so therefore you get professional competent, on-time service. Several times when I had an urgent need, they easily squeezed me into their schedule. This is a place I TRUST, and very happy to do business with.
