Honestly some of the best customer service and I was blown away. The guy taking care of my car did an amazing job and was so nice. After having a horrible experience with the mechanics at the Hyundai dealership I took my car to Walmart to get my oil changed and tire fixed. When you treat customers right they will keep coming back. I normally never go to Walmart but after seeing how caring and genuinely nice the staff is I will be taking my car back here for the foreseeable future.

I called ahead to inquire about an oil change and spoke to a Tech. He looked up the model information and told me the pricing, but that they would probably not have the filter and suggested picking up a filter. I told them I could pick the filter. I asked what time they closed and the gentleman said 7 (it was 4:30 currently). The tech had one project that he was working on but said he would be done about 5:30 and I would be next. I told him I was on my way and then left work early and rushed 30 miles one-way to get there and stop to get the filter alone the way. When I arrived at 5:30, the Tech told me it would be another hour before he finished working on the project he had told me would be done at 5:30. I was fine with that as I could grab some dinner nearby in the meantime. Then the Tech asked about the filter location and indicated that it might be an issue as he might not have the correct wrench. I was offered several excuses as to why he couldn't do it and was told whoever did the previous oil changes (dealership service dept under a maintenance plan) damaged the cap. I asked if I went and got the proper adapter and a new cap, could they do it. I was told they could only use a specific brand of tools. I guess the customer service is only available when it's not close to closing time. Being in business, I have on more than one occasion stayed to make sure a customer was taken care of and the quality of service was still the highest I could provide.

The service was very slow, I was charged for a part in order for my tire light to not come on which I happily paid for. When I left the service center my tire light came on. When I called to report that the tire light had come on after service the child that answered the phone was very rude. I was asked to return for a quick fix but since I didn’t have another hour and a half to wait I will go somewhere else.

I went to get my oil changed around 10 am...the doors were all locked. A manager came out and told me none of the staff showed up for the morning shift so he couldn't open until the later shift came in. He indicated as well that the chance of the other shift coming in was not sure. If an entire shift of employees doesn't show up and the manager is unsure about the others as well, perhaps there is an issue with management. I don't really mind that I had to go elsewhere for my oil change, I do, however, feel very strongly that an entire staff being unwilling to come to work, directly points to poor leadership. Just something to think about.

I pulled in at 8:00 as they were opening. A guy walked up to my car (looked like he had just got to work and was walking from his car). I told him I needed a tire rotation and he eyeballed my tires and said Walmart wouldn't allow him to do it because they were unsafe and below 2/32... He didn't even measure them. The tires are practically new. I went over to discount tire (same parking lot), and they happily rotated them for free. I would have gone there first but thought an appointment was required. They saw no problems with my tires.

The staff was nice. The prices are good. Hard to beat. However be prepared for a long wait. Happens every time. Very slow. To much chit chat amongst mechanics. If you want in and quick for tires go to Discount Tirez and pay a few dollars more but your wait will be less than hour instead of 2 to 4 hours.

The entire staff working today was very professional and very kind to me. The manager even talked to me for a while and he was really down to earth and let me know about a situation with my car. I cannot thank this service center for making my upcoming trip with my family that I will have a piece of Mind knowing that I have my car taken care of. Thank you all again for your exceptional customer service and I promise I will return for my upcoming changes.

WOW, these guys blew me away with incredible service. I ordered tires online and had them delivered to the store. Once they arrived I called the store and made an appointment for install. I showed up a few minutes early and they promptly met me outside to fill out the intake forms. They were diligent in conforming my info and the service I needed. I made some specific requests and they honored it. I was especially impressed by seeing them bring out the torque wrench to make sure the lug nuts were but back with the proper lbs. Not only did they torque them on the rack, they also torqued them again after driving a circle in the lot.. very impressed.

I was kinda mad at the fact that I had to wait more than an hour just for them to put on two tires, but I couldn’t even blame the guy that was doing my car because he was the only one working there and then you see these other workers not helping him and the manager is just there doing nothing and I really felt bad for the Asian man that was doing my car because he was the only one working and he apologize to us, but there’s no need for him to Apologize to me because it wasn’t his fault and he needs a raise

Rick (Supervisor) did not present a friendly environment. We bought tires on Walmart’s website. We called and scheduled our tire replacement via another employee due to online scheduling being down. Unfortunately, we were told that our appointment was not set due to the employee not being a supervisor(Rick). We were forced to wait another day after already waiting a week and a few days to get in. This was our first time using Walmart tire center and I’m afraid it will be our last. Tires look great but service was poor.

Horrible experience!!! Ordered 2 tires online took me over an hour to get then was told it would be a 4 hour wait and then they couldn't mount and balance at all because they were too busy. Yesterday they were very busy with 2 cars in the bay and 3 guys standing around doing nothing.

The guys here are great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Although they were not able to resolve my issue due to not having a used tire my size I would still recommend. Also open on Sundays til 7pm which is great beens no other tire centers are open on that day

We are from out of state and got a flat tire half home after business hrs. So we had to stop at a hotel. Then came here first thing in the morning. This gentleman who greeted us (Nathan), i think. was so kind with great customer service skills. It was probably the same guy who we spoke with on the phone yesterday who was so patient and helpful. It's hard to find mechanics/car shop workers who aren't grumpy 🤣. So he deserves a shot out! Thanks, Nathan!

Did a great job restoring headlights after their reopening. Happy enough with the new kit they use that I’m bringing in another vehicle for the same service. Tires, oil changes and simple maintenance this is a great option for those on a budget. Beyond this you’ll want a certified mechanic.

I was the first customer today. They were courteous, knowledgeable and personable. They changed my tires & were done in a short period of time. Will use them again.

Been here multiple times for oil changes and new tires. They’re always really nice and helpful, and pretty fast. Making appointments for first thing in the morning definitely expedites things. Only complaint (and I know, not the auto guys’ fault) is that while I can understand a no-frills waiting area, this one is just weird and pretty gross (drinks and trash strewn about). But overall I’ve been somewhat unexpectedly happier than what the ratings for this location let on.

Visiting Asheville. Brought car in with a tire that needed to be replaced. Two keys on my key chain. House and car. Gave both to the attendant who checked me in before he pulled the car into the bay. Came back when the tire was changed and headed back home. Wife noticed our house key was missing. Went home directly from picking up the car. Very difficult to get keys on or off key change. Someone had to intentionally remove it. Be careful!

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change and called to ask if I needed a separate appointment to rotate my tires. I was informed I could do both services at the same time. When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that there were other tire appointments, and it would be hours before they could rotate my tires. So I left and went to Take 5, where they do oil changes and tire rotations. The tire rotation literally took five minutes.
