The Team at the Asheville location took care of all of our needs. We need some more work that’s going to be scheduled coming from Az with a higher mileage vehicle that I love, I have no problem bringing my vehicle back to this location. Lobby is clean, with complimentary drinks/coffee. Interestingly they have have a failed parts display case, it’s very interesting to see how people have neglected their vehicles.

Work was done in a timely manner. But went in for usual oil and filter change. Less work was performed than the last time,and was charged more. Also I was told that all my fluids were good and topped off back in April on my last service, but I ran out of windshield washer fluid in August, and put a gallon in reservoir and it didn't fill it full. It makes wonder if some things are not getting done. You can look my service in April 5 2025 and compare it to November 15 2025. You can see what was done. Like I said I paid more in November and got less done than in April. I paid more in November and got less. Everything needs to be more consistent.

Our transmission needed to be rebuilt and Asheville Ford was able to get the job done. The communications between them and I were great. It took way longer for the job to be completed (5 months) and without a lender vehicle it was difficult for us. So far car seems to be driving as we’d like.

Went in for an oil change and they ran my truck through their car wash when I told them I didn't want them to. Not the worst thing ever, but I told them no and they did it anyway so that's pretty irritating. I had to drive a mud road immediately after leaving so the truck needs another wash. It didn't help me out, just took a few more minutes of my day than was necessary. I'll probably be back and hopefully they will respect my wishes. Might seem weird to complain about a free car wash, but when you don't know why someone says no, it's best to just respect it.

Lucas, in the service department was excellent. He was knowledgeable about my areas of concern, writing down each one. Once my car was looked over he came back to tell me what needed to be done, and when… breaking it down to fix things that needed immediate attention for a trip I had scheduled, and then which things could wait until I was back home. I am able to leave on my trip knowing that my car is “ready to roll” with me inside! Thanks Lucas! Obviously Bob Slebonick was wonderful in helping to set up my visit and to make sure his dealership is top notch in the eyes of his customers! So… I came back for follow up visit for my CV axel. Lucas was aware of the issue from my previous visit. The issue was addressed with a one day repair. Bob Slebonick arranged for a loaner car for the day and called me when repairs were completed. My car is driving like it’s new! Also, whatever they used to wash my car makes it look like new too! I highly recommend Asheville Ford for excellent service in the areas of repair knowledge and following through with expertise for the actual repair work. Repair price was more than fair. Also, customer service is most excellent!

Everything was great except the tech wrote down he changed the sticker on my wind shield to remind me when the next oil change is due. He did not change the sticker. Old one is still there. What is document storage fee? do you charge now for the paper to print my bill??

Rich the service writer manager has been extremely helpful the past 2 times I been in service with my truck. Being very accommodating, helpful, and verbal keeping me updated with the progress. Was even able to get me a loaner both times even though vehicles to loan are not plentiful. Every vehicle will have an an issue both new and old and it makes you feel better knowing someone is being truly helpful along the way with the progress. This is why I have bought my past 2 new trucks with them and my future cars/trucks as well.

I always have a good experience with the quick lane part of the shop. I however, have experienced less than satisfactory service from the auto butler service. Every time I go home dissatisfied with the lack of cleanliness of my car and always find myself completing the job that wasn’t done. I purchased this service because time is precious only to lose my time anyway. I have seen an effort, however, by the folks on follow up to make things right which I can appreciate it. As a customer, other than the job being right to begin with, this is all you can ask for

If you are able to call and get in touch with any service provider in real time - you might need to buy a lottery ticket. I called over the course of two days, more than ten times without ever directly connecting with anyone. I eventually just picked up my car without talking with anyone and left a set of keys behind. Who knows, maybe they still think they are repairing my car?

AVL Ford let me know that my 2025 F-150 had a recall for software update, but that I didn’t need to come to the shop - they have a mobile technician who can come to my home to do the work! Great! We scheduled it, Ben (the technician) called to let me know he was on his way, got to my house when we agreed & got the updates done in under an hour! Excellent service! I signed off the work order and now my truck is updated! Thanx Ben! (& under warranty- no extra charge!)
