I’m from out of town and needed to see a mechanic quickly as the TPMS light had come on. They were very nice and accommodating and did a thorough inspection to see why the light was on, fixed the problem. They also quickly inspected other systems. Very nice people (Joe). Very good service without going to a dealer which was far away.

Courteous and prompt service for my 2017 Mini Convertible. I appreciate the detailed estimate with explanations. All my requests were researched and diagnostics run. I had them check my heater because it wasn't warming up enough (even though right now it's the middle of summer and I don't need it). Turns out the coolant was low. I thought I would get an alert on my dashboard if coolant was low, but Matt explained if that happens it's way too late! So glad my vehicle was not damaged by my not checking it, but all was fine. They also flushed my brakes and did an oil change AND changed out my cabin air filter. Really satisfied, as always.

Zero stars. Raise your hand if you believe a 63 year old semi-retired woman on a fixed income would call and agree to a $299.00 diagnostic fee . I was told by Joe on the phone it would be $143.00 or cheaper, like if it didn't take the mechanic the full-time to inspect it,it would be cheaper. I was desperate, my car broke down and my regular mechanic retired and I use my car for work, the Ford dealer can't get me in until October 14th. No car No income for me, I do deliveries w it. So, I agreed to that. I had my car towed there. As soon as Joe got my car he said, "That will be $299.00 to diagnosis it. What??? He said (And he talked over me, not letting me talk) well, the $143.00 is half, the other half is we drive it to inspect it also. My car was just towed in leaking oil, Nobody is driving my car!! In fact it wasn't even starting. I stewed about that, "BAIT AND SWITCH" All night.....I called right at 8 am and said, "Don't touch my car I'm sending a tow truck." Too late Joe said the mechanic is already 3/4 thru the inspection. He did NOT drive my car, but I was still charged $299.00!! Sooooo upset. So, I said, "I don't trust you, you have already lied to me ,I'm sending a tow truck to get my car." I was praying they wouldn't make things worse on my car, I just wanted it out of there. So shady, never in my long life have I had this happen. So then I call AAA, to pick up my car. I had 4 tows available when I started this gigantic waste of time, I have zero left. I used one to bring it there, so I had 3 tows left. AAA says, "Sorry, we do not pick a vehicle back up from the same place u towed it to." So. In order to negotiate a tow out of there and back home, AAA took all 3 of my tow credits from me😪 So now when I go to the dealership I will have to pay out of pocket for a tow.! What is that 50-100$$ Thanks Organic Mechanic!, for costing me $400 bucks to simply put my car on a "Tow Truck Joy Ride"....... Losing all that money for zero in return, except High blood pressure keeps me up at night. And don't write call us to talk about it, you know my number.

I’ve been to this mechanic a handful of times for my Chevy Spark. Their staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They let me know an issue with my car was under warranty and pointed me in the direction of contacting the dealership. I appreciate the expertise of the technicians at Organic Mechanic which I am confident will keep my car going for many years, but of equal importance for me is their understanding of their customers need to maintain a vehicle economically, and their integrity. I recently took my out-of-warranty 2016 Mini Cooper S in for a problem with the shifter. The technician told me exactly what the problem was and that BMW had extended the warranty on that particular assembly. He could’ve done the repair and I would’ve payed the bill and remained none the wiser. But his information, and recommendation of the best place to get the work done under warranty, saved me $850! What a great feeling to have a significant repair done and walk out the door without having to swipe a card! This isn’t the first time I’ve been to Organic Mechanic, and it definitely won’t be the last.

Turns out it was a lot of squirrels and a punctured exhaust pipe. I have absolutely no complaints with my service. I received very thorough information about my car after the appointment with plenty of photos. I appreciate the attention to detail so much because I drive for my job and need to be on it quickly if something is wrong. I do think the price point is too high, especially for this area. I like to build a relationship with my mechanic, and I know I won’t always be able to afford getting work done there, but the quality of care is great!

I have a Tesla Model S that no one was willing to do a differential oil change. The nearest Tesla dealer is in Charlotte and I was thrilled when they were willing to take it on. The whole customer experience was great. From getting and approving the estimate on my phone to the fact that they gave me a loaner when they could not get my car done the same day.
