Pretty alright prices, helpful and knowledgeable staff, decent selection, fairly clean, nothing too special. Not the worst auto parts store I've been to, not the best. Main con is that this place doesn't offer the kind of service that Advance Auto Parts does, with all the free installation and testing of most things, loaning you tools, employees going out of their way to help you etc. But it's not bad by any stretch, if you just want to grab some oil or windshield wipers or something it's as good as anywhere.

I came to this location to get my battery tested. I asked a young woman for assistance but the portable battery tester was malfunctioning. She went back into the store to ask for assistance from men that were working in the back of the store. One gentleman came out after several minutes of waiting, looked out the store window and saw it was raining and walked back slowly to the back of the store. More waiting. Finally another female employee stated I’ll do it, I told her don’t bother, I’ll take my business down Patton Ave to Advance Auto. She stated “We’ll take care of you” I told her it’s not her, but even though I know about staff shortages, but I heard a few men talking in the back of the store. My thing is this…. I needed assistance, the clerk asked for help, and though help was there, it didn’t come, I left. I felt as a customer, I should be helped, I wasn’t or I got tired of the awkward waiting.

The staff seemed a little preoccupied even though there were three of them and only one customer when I arrived, and I was forced to wait a few moment to be seen, but when I was the staff was polite and in full uniform. They seemed knowledgeable and the store was organized and clean. Over all it was a good experience and I would recommend visiting.

Checked to see if a part was in stock. Older hefty guy with white beard was very short and sarcastic with me right from the start. Like I was an inconvenience to him. Not returning there. I prefer friendly helpful establishments.

my review of this business is that mixed only because there was two employees there one female one male the male awesome very friendly courteous helpful the female very rude I get it it was Thanksgiving they were ready to leave however it was 8:59 and she sent the store and the pitch black so I couldn't really see and then she's going to get an attitude with me because I can't see because she's now turned off the lights when all she could have just give me 5 seconds to get what I needed and get out instead of talking an attitude and being extremely rude when I don't make their hours but I wasn't going to make her stay over either but to the gentleman that was there that day thank you for your very calm and professional demeanor is greatly appreciated

I walked into a empty store with no employees inside. Then when finding the only employee on duty I was clearly ignored, waited patiently, was brushed off, then waited for 20 minutes patiently...I finally went outside to ask a question and get an update as to what was going on after being cut off by a customer and the employee, again. Other customers were taken care of that walked in. I decided to leave the establishment. Disappointed on the treatment. Lost a local customer. Hope for better professionalism and communication in this storefront. It was an emergancy.

Went to this AutoZone in a subtle panic for a new battery and to get advice on a light I fumbled. The male manager whose name I unfortunately forgot was incredibly helpful, incredibly kind, incredibly patient and insightful. Please come here for a nonjudgmental and helpful learning and service experience

Bad customer service, my husband went to quote parts of a truck And the sales agent took care of it in a bad temper just because he did not want to acquire some extra tools for an additional price 👎🏻👎🏻

The store seemed to well supplied . However when i walked in , there were no other customers. No one even asked if i needed help. I picked out a battery for our John Deere lawn mower, however when i got it home my husband said the date on it v had expired. I didn’t know they had dates . But like i said there was no assistance. If you're buying s battery check the date

My friends and I were enjoying a nice cruise up the blue ridge parkway to visit Mt. Mitchell this weekend. All of the sudden, with a clunk and fling, something exited the engine bay. My heart sank as I could smell rubber burning and thought, yeah we probably needed whatever that was. We made our way to the side of the road and stopped the engine. The serpentine tensioner pulley has just grenaded itself, and I felt like the guys on my favorite show Roadkill Garage. It’s a busy holiday weekend on the BRP and we just found ourselves in a major pinch an hour from town. I called a few auto parts stores and eventually found the part in stock at this AutoZone location. They were the only store in town with the tensioner in stock and even had a new belt on hand. The gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful verifying the parts and, after speaking with his manager, offered to bring us the parts and tools to swap it out!!!!! They didn’t ask for a delivery fee or anything, just had to pay for the parts over the phone. Wow!!!! I mean seriously I’ve never been hooked up this big before in my life. We were facing an early end to our day, and a long wait for tow or hitch to town and back to get the part. Evan drove over an hour to come out with the parts, tools and a helping hand to get us back on the road. We had the new assembly in and got back on the road shortly after. We even had time to continue up to Mt. Mitchell and see the views and hike some trails. I REALLY can’t thank this crew enough. Turned a crummy situation into the highlight of our trip- confirming that sometimes people will go out of their way to help each other out. Truly above and beyond, exceeding all of my expectations. Give these guys/gals your business, they take it seriously.

When I tell you your best employees are working tonight I mean it. Amazing. Wish I got their names. So helpful and kind. I even watched as we were pulling away 3 minutes after close the girl locking the door open it back up for a customer running up hoping to get there in time. Legends. Give them a raise! I didn't go to this store, but Google says I did. IDK, maybe I was sleepwalking. 😆 I did go a couple of years ago to get new wiper blades and they put them on for me.

Incredible service! Staff members have helped me install a key fob battery, a fuse, and windshield wipers at no extra charge. I felt really comfortable was not looked down on or taken advantage of for my lack of auto knowledge. Really friendly staff- every person I saw greeted me! Will definitely come back.

First of all; every person on the clock was pleasant and polite from stepping in the door, to stepping out of the door. We were fortunate enough to have Tina as our guest services representative. She was answering call after call with the same genuine demeanor even before helping my Father & I. She even had patience with his hearing difficulties which was nice for my Pop. Both her and another gentleman had time for recent guests at the same time of assisting other guests. It's really refreshing to get out during times like this and people still display their kindness and great attitude. All around good time and I'm leaving a review, because it's the least we can do as consumers. Thanks!

Just wanted to give a good review experience for the AutoZone on Patton Avenue in Asheville NC. They recently had their servers offline, and I had to go to the store in Candler, NC to buyer other parts. I wound up having to come back to this store the following day to get the rotors for my 2015 Toyota Tundra. Was a couple of younger guys (grey shirts) at the counter. They Immediately greeted me when I walked into the store, asked how I can help you, and got the rotors that I had put on hold. I asked them if they also showed brake shoes on the back (it has both shoes and pads). The 1st guy couldn't find the shoes and the other guy knew right away to look under parking brake shoe. Pulled up the info really quick, got me checked out and on my way. They didn't do anything so astonishing, but I walked in the store, got great customer service, got checked out and all in under 5 minutes. In my busy-busy world the efficient and great customer service really impressed me and was helpful. They also both just seemed like they genuinely cared: about their job and my needs as a customer. I really just appreciate great customer service. Thank you!

AutoZone Auto parts store was by far the worst experience I've ever had an auto parts store in my life I first noticed the six workers that were standing around looking at me. As I was shopping I probably accumulated $200 worth of stuff and was well on my way to getting more things for my car because I'm excited about taking care of it as I was shopping for something one of the workers came over and put up some of the items I sat down because they don't have shopping carts so when I seen that I heard another woman laughing about the situation which I thought was very rude so I proceeded to put everything I had back because I said I'm not going to be laughed at and treated like that like my stuff is unimportant enough to be sat on the floor while I shop. I was then followed out me and my girlfriend both and being harassed by a male worker who said we were stealing hats when in fact we weren't stealing anything and had more than enough money to buy whatever we wanted in the store and then the women came out and they were harassing us too so we ended up being profiled being called thieves while all we wanted to do was spend money at that store. We then went back inside the store and told them please search us because I'm already going to give a bad review for this I want you all to be confident that I didn't take anything from you they then begin to verbally assault Us by telling us take your shity Jaguar up the road and act like we were broke thieves just trying to take something from them. Also none of them will give us their name when we asked they said there was no manager so I would like to say where is the management at this establishment and they must not care about this manager's sales quota because they turned down $500 minimum that I was more than willing to spend their no problem I'm very upset the way they treated me and most of all my girlfriend we felt ambushed they have no right to treat us like that and have no right to talk to my girlfriend that way but I will further this review by calling corporate and letting them know exactly the caliber of workers that work there on this day so if you want to know the the shift working I can't tell you because they want to give you the names so all you have to do is look up the names on the day of this review this happened not 30 minutes ago if you want to follow up by looking at the cameras and see how they act while no management is there please do so thank you very much and I would like an apology also you can you can write a review on here apologizing for their behaviors to my girlfriend please and thank you and God bless
