ABRA is an outstanding body repair shop. I have had two repairs on two different vehicles and both were excellent. Also, Nathan, Daniel and staff were personable, thorough and go beyond expectations to keep you up to date and informed. Highly recommend for exceptional work and attention to detail.

We had lightening strike our driveway and damage 3 of our cars! The folks at Abra were very efficient and helpful. They stayed in contact with us while repairing each vehicle. They helped with the insurance claims and worked well with our insurance company. I would highly recommend this company for any car repair.

ABRA, and Alex in particular, exceeded my expectations in every way. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and displayed impeccable, communication skills. From the moment I dropped off my car, he set clear expectations and made the process as predictable as possible. He kept me informed by text multiple times a week, just like he said he would. He delivered my car back to me one full week ahead of schedule, and the repair was of the highest quality. Highly recommend ABRA and their capable staff.

The worst body shop experience. It took several weeks to get a minor rear-end damage fixed. They didn’t completely fix the damage and took several trips to complete all the work after arguing with the shop manager. The bumper didn't line up correctly and had grit in the paint. The manager told me black was hard to paint and he couldn't control dirt in their paint booth so that is the way it will be. Once the truck was completed to their satisfaction, not mine, I was asked to come pick it up; I noticed the truck had new damage to the door at the shop. Shop manager denied the new damage and said it didn’t happen. Refused to pull camera footage to see if anyone had backed into it while in their lot. I had to call the police to report. Once police got involved, the shop admitted fault of the new damage. Very unprofessional shop manager. I would not recommend trusting this shop to fix your vehicle.

Fantastic work! I was able to bring my car in for repairs quickly. While they were working on it, I received updates by text to keep me posted on the progress of the work. It was ready when promised. Communication with the insurance company was excellent. I hope not to have use their services anytime soon, but I would definitely use them again.

I had my windshield repaired on my Tesla about four months ago and it developed a large crack from the base of the windshield up to the center. Almost 2 feet long. After careful examination there wasNo evidence of any road chip in anyway. When I spoke with them they would not stand behind their product and said it's my problem. Hate to leave a one star review but I had a business for 40 years and I stood behind what I did even if it Cost me. My advice, seek repair work elsewhere.

I had a collision claim and it was the end of the year around the holidays so everywhere was booked out for months. I went to ABRA and they got me in and took care of my car in a reasonable amount of time. I was able to have my car back before the New Year. They did a great job on my car; it looks as good as new. Nathan kept me stand informed on my car’s progress l. I am beyond satisfied. If I need body work again I will definitely use them again. They even helped me with my rental to ensure the rental company would come pick me up and drop me back off when my car was ready. All around great service

My 2019 Honda Civic was taken to ABRA on June 10 for suspension and bodywork repairs. They said they’d have an estimate by June 16. By June 20, no contact, so I called—they needed another week. On June 26, they said ready in 2-3 weeks. Weeks of calls brought excuses, so I stopped calling every other week. No word for a month until Aug 12: car ready for final inspection/prep, done by Aug 15. Aug 15 call: delayed to Aug 18. Finally ready Aug 21—after 2+ months in their possession. I’m active duty military, stationed 11 hours away in intense training. I told them I’d get leave Sept 22 and asked to prep for that pickup—they said no problem. Confirmed again Sept 19; all good. Fiancée and I drove 11 hours from Florida to pick it up. Arrived Sept 22 afternoon. Front desk was kind. Employee walked me to the car: caked in dust, hadn’t been cleaned. Wouldn’t start—sat 6 weeks, per them. While he got jumper cables, I spotted unfixed issues. Concerning start. They jumped it, hosed it off (should’ve been done already), handed keys. Dash lit up: check engine, traction control, ABS, TPMS. They blamed a 4-year-old battery. I bought a new one at AutoZone ($250), installed it in their lot—lights still on. Returned the car. On drives to/from AutoZone, spongy brakes: pedal 80% down, no stop unless pumped—air in lines. Also, passenger fender liner rubbing door. Told them; they took it back, cleared codes, inflated low tires. Waited an hour with fiancée. Why not done pre-pickup? Manager test-drove alone, returned: “It stops, so it should be fine.” Said their master tech bled the caliper as best as possible. I was frustrated—car not fixed, needed back on base next day. He offered to keep it for next week; I said I’d driven 11 hours one way, couldn’t return. Against better judgment, took it. On interstate home, loud rattle from right front above 65 mph. Pulled over: running board flapping, unsecured, missing all rivets. Zip-tied it and drove 11 hours with spongy brakes and rattle. Made it home safely. Mechanically inclined, I bled the “impossible” caliper myself—air poured out immediately. Brakes are perfect now. Bought OEM rivets, jacked it up, secured running board properly. Final straw: replaced washer reservoir. Filled it—rear washer didn’t work. Fluid line to rear window (under passenger carpet) disconnected. Found 2 inches water in floorpan, soaking carpet. Removed seats/carpet, shop-vac’d over a gallon of fluid, added 5 lbs baking soda for mildew. Called ABRA ~2 months post-pickup about issues. Promised head manager call + deductible refund—nothing in 6 weeks. Update: Service report says alignment done pre-pickup. After 3500 miles, alignment so bad two new tires worn to radials (see photo). Already spent $700 on two new tires + Honda dealer alignment. TLDR: ABRA held my car 2+ months with delays and poor communication. Confirmed ready, drove 11 hours to pick up—found dirty, dead battery, dash lights, unsafe spongy brakes, unfinished work. Brushed off concerns, sent me on 11-hour drive with flapping parts. Fixed brakes (not bled), missing rivets, disconnected washer line (flooded interior) myself. Promised refund/call—nothing. Would not recommend.

I own a Tesla Model Y. The entire right side of the car needed to be replaced after an accident. They finished the job on time and under their initial estimate. Very high quality work, you couldn’t tell this car isn’t new. I was updated twice weekly about the progress. All in all, a very professional team. Highly recommended.
