The person answering phone calls was very rude. I went in to pick my bike up and did not feel welcome. The guy at the front desk can use better people skills. The whole shop overall could use better customer service.

I brought my bike to Tony for a valve adjustment when I just bought it softail springer Harley-Davidson Tony said there was nothing wrong with the valves I just wanted them checked I just bought the bike. Me and him became friends at the end of the day I got a 240 sitting on a Springer when they just came out I went into Tony said to me have you seen the 240 that will fit your bike and I said no and he showed me up for sure I was like okay so we ordered it. At the end of the day this man has helped me so much. An awesome awesome guy with the right attitude if you want it he can build it I kid you not so over 6 years I was building myself till Springer Harley-Davidson and that man always had my back I kid you not. At the end of the day the bike pulled easy Rider in Sacramento 2015 Street modified custom my name is Brent Hernandez and Tony is the best of the best I kid you not he's the right guy if you have a dream. Reliability he's the man he knows his stuff I appreciate that man and like I said I was doing building this bike myself but when I needed help Tony had my back. At the end of the day he's the one that made it all work. You're the man Tony.

If you do want 10 different shops to touch your ride,this is the only place that touches my Hog!!!Antonio has had doors open for a while, he knows what he is doing,if your the kind that looks for cheap,well you get what you pay for!! I want no worries when I ride,if he doesn't have what your looking for he can get it.IF YOU GO ONE TIME .YOU WONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE..PRICES ARE REASONABLE .but what is cheap for Harley Davidson?? Tony is the Man when it comes to custom bike work! I have the poster of his Red Roadstar with the very first autograph he ever gave! I'm in Kentucky now but I still miss hanging out at the shop. The man is a wealth of information!
