$10 for a plug in the tire. Very quick with the job. English is not there first language but they didn’t do the job correctly . I would not return because they never fixed the leak in the tire.

I came in with a flat, I was initially a bit shocked with the pricing I was given for a replacement used tired which is overpriced compared to other places in the area. I decided to get the tire as it was an emergency afterwards I noticed that they started taking other customers ahead of me because I was a woman and ended being there over 45 minutes for something that should take 10-15 minutes. After I left a few days later I left my car parked for 3 days and I notice the tire that was changed was completely flat and I realized I was scammed and was given a very used tire for $50 dollars. I had to end up spending even more money to get it fixed because I was refused a refund. Don’t even bother trying this place, they’re clueless.

Asked to get the air equalized from my overinflated tires. The guy said they fixed it but I kept saying it dash said the air didn’t change. He kept saying the tire pressure will fix once I start driving. It didn’t.

I had to take a nail out quickly patch it up. Mons flat fix had their jacks on the street. I had my nail identified prior to coming in to the shop. The guys did not speak English, but it worked fine. They jacked by car up, fixed the hole, put the tire back. That’s it all within four minutes. I did want to take a video for my Instagram reel, but didn’t. Dollar 10 was my cost.

Now my experience began by recognizing that we had misplaced the wheel lock key for our vehicle and they were recommended by Javier of the neighboring Pep Boys in regards to how they can assist. They did a phenomenal job in finding tires and rectifying the lock situation so if you are in the Castle Hill/Park Chester area & you have a problem dealing with your tires then go to Mons Flat Fix.

This is a great place to get your flat fixed really quick. It is only a few minutes off of the Hutchinson Parkway. It is easy to pull up right in front of the store and someone comes out to assist you right away It is also very fairly priced. They fixed my flat tire in 5 minutes for $20!

We had a flat coming off the Throgs Neck bridge. We found out about Mon’s, called and they were able to take us right away and patch the tire (we had a 4 inch drill bit in the tire). All good in about 30 minutes for a reasonable price.
