I have taken my 02 Chrysler 300m Special here for years and have always had great service. Nick and Derrick are awesome. Everyone here is honest and won't sell you repairs you don't need. If you ask, they will show you the broken parts they replace so you can see for yourself that there really was a problem. Also, they always diagnose problems properly rather than "firing the parts cannon" and hoping to get lucky. They might not give you the cheapest price in town, but they more than make up for it in their quality of service.

I have been using Morgans Auto Repair for over 25 years with no issues, They are extremely good at what they do and always thorough and friendly. I have had simple repairs to more major repairs and they even explained how to attempt the repair myself wen my budget just wasn't there! Overall they are the one Auto repair shop I refer all my family and friends to. A++

I am not a certified auto mechanic, but I have been working on my own vehicles for years. I at the point in my life where my time is more valuable than money. I picked up an old 1991 Honda prelude with 4 wheel steering and it is in excellent condition. I replaced the original timing belt when I received it with a little over 100k on the odometer. Maintenance schedule for this item is every 90, and with it being an interference engine....it's something that should be done on time.....It's not worth the risk. Well I'm at 195k and it's time for a new timing belt. I didn't have time to do it, and contemplated taking a vehicle to a mechanic for my first time at 45 years old. This place is amazing!! Not only did I get a great quote, they also went way above and beyond and had it finished almost overnight!! I was so happy with that experience that I am going to be bringing my FJ in to have it's front calipers replaced!!! Great honest mechanics here!!! They are the unicorns the automotive maintenance industry!!!!

Nic is pleasant. First time here. Thought I meant have had an alternator problem. He could have took advantage of me and charged me over 500 to replace it. Turned out it was just a connector and charged me less than 100. The last place I went charged me over 5000 and was scraping out my vehicle and did no work work on it. It is refreshing to not being taken advantage of at Morgan's.

Absolutely the ONLY place I'll be taking my car. Nick is honest, nice, smart and will take the time to educate you on your vehicle. They saved me about 600$! Story: I took my car into my dealership to fix my wheelbaring. They "fixed" the back right. All the lights were on but no noise. Took it back to them and they said I had to do the front now and that was the problem! They didnt know i had the front one done at Morgans 4 months b4 this. I said okay bet. I have warrenty on that. Ill take it back to Morgans and see whats going on. Take it back in and Nick runs all the right tests to check it and took it for a drive. ALL of his tests read back the problem is my back right barring! That the dealership just did a few weeks b4! So now I feel like I'm getting scammed by my DS for a 600$ job I don't need! Of course while looking at this Nick finds the problem and the DS put in the wrong part! Atp. I'm thinking my DS was trying to get my 600 and do nothing to the front and fix the back. Naturally when I asked for the results and reason they said it was the front they had no papers to give me and the guy who did it was off that day. 🤔 whatever. They fixed my car and then some for my inconvenience (which lasted over a week). Nick gave me all the info I needed and confidence to bring in back to the DS get everything corrected As with any machanic, you're trusting them with your life! I'll trust Nick everytime. Thank you Morgan's Auto for your help with my car and then some!

They are great. They can fix a lot of things. If they can't fix something they'll tell you without draining your funds. Just remember if it can't be fixed or is beyond the scope of their ability you nay have to pay a diagnostic charge. A few bucks to find out is better than a lot of bucks to not get it fixed or fake fixed.

I'm new to Bay City and one day my car was not running right. I googled mechanics near me and Morgans Was The First To Pop Up so i called and they said they were busy but if i could bring my car in they would make time to look at it. So I did just that. Shortly there after I get a call from them and they said it was an easy fix but the part was expensive. I had told him what kind of budget i was working with. they ended up fixing it that day and they were very friendly and honest. I'm not good with names but everyone that i did talk to was so nice. being a woman that has absolutely no idea about cars, they were honest and very affordable. I'm definitely going back to have them fix my car again

My gf got her brakes, calipers and router's done but when they found one was faulty they refused to replace the other one or even test drive the car so we took it some were elase and told because it wasnt replaced it cuased 1460 in damages because of the caliper they refused to replace while it was under warranty. And you allways do both sides at the same time, which they wouldn't even look at.

They do great work and have reasonable prices. Best of all they won't fix anything that doesn't need fixing. Bottom line: Morgan's is AWESOME!
