I’ve been here twice and they’re always willing to help and always give a detailed explanation, which I admire. They previously gave me the best deal in town to have my Jeep repaired and then continue to give me the best deal they can, I’m blown away really. I’ve never wanted to pay full price more. Just needed a bearing pressed out of a knuckle for a car. When I went to pick the part up the shift linkage broke on my car, I had already paid my bill for the bearing being pressed out and went back in to see if someone could look at my car and they didn’t hesitate to jump in and help. Ray spent 45 minutes fixing my shift linkage and didn’t charge me. Great guys and I will definitely be back!

These guys are great!! My daughter brought her car there and they treated her like family, gave her a considerably cheaper price than the other garages in town, even gave her a ride home and picked her up to bring her back to her car. They were very helpful and honest and the service advisor explained everything and made it easy to understand. There was no game playing with these guys, very professional and even went above and beyond by replacing other parts on her vehicle that were found while doing other repairs and never even charged us! Even when I went back to tip them and offer lunch, they said they all had daughters and wouldn't want any less for her!! Thanks a million guys, you truly are a dying breed!!

My husband and I have both taken our vehicles here for the past few years. I recently purchased a new vehicle and the check engine light came on. None of the shops recommend by the warranty company would take the time to call in order to start a claim. Raymond’s did. Best shop in town, Randy Sr. And Jr. are both stand up guys and great mechanics. I would be comfortable sending anyone to them, knowing they will get quality care and a trustworthy mechanic to do it. I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else. I’ve had multiple jobs done by them and never had any issues, I’ve even called from the side of the road and gotten directions from them how to fix a vehicle or be able to get it in to them for the fix.

I brought my vehicle in, and I was told that it would probably be a couple of days to evaluate. I received a phone call the same day I brought my car in, they had diagnosed the problem and it would be ready a lot sooner than I expected, and considerably cheaper. Absolutely amazing experience! They got my car in super quick, I dropped it off knowing I for sure needed new brakes but more than likely other things needed fixing as well. They called gave me a run down of what else should be fixed, and I was absolutely blown away with the amazing cost! I figured with what else needed to be done it would cost an additional 2-3 hundred more, which still would have been a great price! It ended up being even lower than what I originally expected to pay for just the front and back brakes. They were also super kind, worked with me figuring out getting my car picked/dropped off. Would recommend them to anyone in a heart beat! Only place I will ever take my cars!

5 Stars – Highly Recommended! I recently had my timing chain replaced on my 2012 Chevy Equinox at Raymond's Auto Repair in Bay City, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, they were incredibly friendly, honest, and straightforward. Unlike other shops that tried to upsell me on a whole engine replacement (which absolutely wasn’t necessary), Raymond’s gave me a real diagnosis and got the job done right. Their pricing was far better than any of the other quotes I received, and now my vehicle runs awesome. It’s rare to find a shop that treats customers with this level of respect and integrity. not a good place. unprofessional and rude. hours of operation don't really apply, they randomly come and go, no rhyme or reason. no hurry when you need something, but they will be rude as hell if they need something. be careful - lots of other places out there better than this.
