If this is the same shop that is or was on old kawkawlin rd then I’d give them negative stars if I could. I was recommended by someone to take my classic car in to them to get restored and painted. After getting the quote and telling me it would take about 6 weeks and putting more than half the money down, I watched month after month cars coming and going out of the shop while mine sat in the corner stripped and collecting dust. Long story short it took over 3 years, had to take it back numerous times because it had bubbles, over spray was all over, windows leaking, and it not running. When before they had it, it ran perfect. They waisted my time and my money and it still has bubbles and it’s still in a different shop trying to get it running how it used to. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!

Had not only one tire replaced for my van, but had the tires on my truck balanced and replaced for an EXCELLENT price. Wonderful service and wonderfully friendly staff! Definitely recommend and will be returning for any future services!

If I could leave zero stars I would !! Don't get me wrong they was very nice and even gave me a discount because I brought my dog . They talked me into getting my other tire replaced that didn't need replaced at all , just to break the steam cell in my tire so I couldn't get no air in it what so ever !!! Then he said it had a slow leak smh I would recommend going to tuffy they actually gave me a whole new tire because of a1's mistake ( lazyness )

My husband took my vehicle in and got 5 tires, we live an hour away but he found a good deal so took my vehicle in. I noticed a heavy shaking in the rear end of my vehicle about 15 days after getting the new tires and was leaving out of town without any time to drive the hour one way. Another shop closer to home was able to squeeze me in and change the tire and A1 refused to follow their warranty that is listed on the receipt because it wasnt on the vehicle even though we bought 5. Mind you the person who printed the receipt gave my husband the wrong one and when my husband pointed it out to get a reprint he said don't worry I will remember you. Well now I am stuck with a junk tire for a spare and a wasted hour trip one way. We will not return or recommend to anyone as this is dirty business!

This place is AWESOME! My family had a tire emergency and I was short on both time and money. These guys were fast friendly helpful competent and very affordable! Plus they are right here in our Southend neighborhood. I highly recommend these guys!

Thought I had got a deal getting some tires mounted from 2020 that were in very good shape for $20 a piece. But when my tires weren't making contact with the ground and becoming a dangerous situation this place seemed not to care at all. They told me when they did the work to save my receipt if any problems. I had, told me he would look at them and if they were out of balance have to charge me again to fix their balance. Very bad,and dangerous business. Had to pay Belle tire to fix their mistake. No balance to them at all and one rim was bent asked the people at A1 told me it was fine. Sad Sad. The guy at the flea market downtown did a better job. So bad!!!

Took my truck here got sold 2 bad tires and 3rd one blew about a month later after paying 300$ for all new tires. Was told was under new management so stopped in to get my tires inspected and was quoted near 400$ for all new tires. Followed up with discount tire, bell tire and Rowleys all of which told me that my tires where nowhere needing to be replaced and whoever at A1 tire was trying to cheat me out of my money. New management or not this shop will always remain in my book as a Theifs and cheaters. Should be ashamed of yourselves. Not only selling bad tires but also trying to sell tires that where not even needed.

The place could use some outer renovation. It does not look welcoming as I felt I was walking into a horror house or abandoned building and no spots to park or parking lines or spaces. Now as far as service, one guy came out and greeted us and another dude had his feet up on the counter as he said nothing to us like we were not even there. All in all all around needs improvement. Plus my tire was not exactly what we asked either.

Good quality used tires and amazing customer service! My vehicle was recently in an accident. It was towed to my home. Needed two tires, for a small fee due to my location to them, they removed my tires from my vehicle, mount & balanced the new ones and brought them back to my home and installed them! I physically couldn’t have done that myself. They rescued me! The tires themselves were an amazing deal. I will absolutely use them and recommend them!

These guys were great. Had an issue with one of the tires I purchased and they got me taken care of; going above and beyond by working with the Saginaw store to replace the tire. Even called ahead so when I got there the tire was waiting and very quickly switched out. Thank you and I will definitely be going here again!
