My first appointment with him he canceled because he said it would rain, rescheduled appointment was set by him at 8 am at my residence. At 7:49 am I called to check in and he answered my question "How far are you" with telling me it was only 7 am in an impolite manner. when he realized it was 10 minutes until he was supposed to be at my house he said he was running into the shop before he came over and would 20 minutes late. I found another windshield repair company. In my opinion he was extremely unprofessional and always seemed confused.

The guys here are quick, well experienced and will give you honest answers in regards to your vehicle. I recommend this place for oil changes with cars that have aluminum oil pans and regular as well.

How incredible is that especially during these particular times when most businesses are concern with their Bottom Line ###.... I must say they did not disappoint me. I called on March 11, 2021 after business hours and left a message, and I received a call back the very next day. (INCREDIBLE ) I visited this location on March 12 ,2021 For an Oil Change. Upon my arrival I was greeted immediately and professionally there was absolutely no wait time. During my Oil Change the attendant notice the condition of my Air Filter and I was consulted immediately. He did not just notify me of the condition of my Air Filter, he removed it and showed it to me. ( HONESTY ) Not just looking to make more $$$. Each and every individual that I came in contact with at { MOSS LUBE } WERE SUPER AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE MOST IMPORTANTLY THEIR FOCUS IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. THIS IS TRULY INCREDIBLE. I RECOMMEND { MOSS LUBE } TO EVERYONE AND ANYONE IN NEED OF AN OIL CHANGE. THANK YOU FOR THE EXCELLENT SERVICES!!!! { MOSS LUBE } WILL BE MY LOCATION FOR ALL OF MY FAMILY’S NEEDS FOR OIL CHANGES.

Do NOT go here. Biggest mistake I’ve made. They caused irreparable damage to my vehicle and won’t do right by it. Unless you want to leave there with more issues than you brought your car in for, followed by now having to hire an attorney… stay far away. They seem nice on the exterior but their snake skin is showing if you look hard enough.
