I had a recent oil change service at the KM Nissan. My service advisor was Andy Taing. Andy was very knowledgeable and able to explain to me all the steps involved in my service and any recommendations for my vehicle. He was great in keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle through out the process as well. Definitely a returning customer.

I have had my cars serviced here for over a decade - and the rest of my family's cars for even longer - and have always had an excellent experience. All of the staff have been courteous and knowledgeable, with an emphasis on the overall health and performance of my car in the long-term instead of immediate upsells. "This part shows some wear, but it isn't a necessary fix unless you notice this happening." "You're coming up on this milestone, expect to pay this amount in about 6-8 months." That level of prioritizing means a lot when the rare "this needs to be fixed now" pops up. They earned my trust with my first car, and if this pattern of excellence holds (as it has!) I will be trusting them through to my last car. PS - My experience with TK today was superb!

I’ve been going to Nissan for years, but the best service agent by far there is most definitely TK. He’s been taking care of my car in the best way possible, with the utmost care since as long as I’ve been a customer. He is very knowledgeable, very detailed, and great at explaining what needs to be done. Tk offers great service and he is super professional. I keep coming to this service only because I know TK will help me to get the best car care there is. I would recommend him to everyone!

Multiple rounds of bringing a car here brought nothing but irritation and difficulty. They won’t check their own work or make sure the car works after giving it back to you. Bring it back and they dodge responsibility. Oh, only a few hundred bucks and we’ll check the problem for you - the one problem they were supposed to fix in the first place. And everyone talks in a weird way like they’re your best friend, while explaining everything to you like you’re five years old and never drove a car in your life. Basic stuff like “does this battery work” or fundamental part replacements. This is the sort of scam car service that gives the whole industry its bad reputation. Avoid like the plague they are!

The Kearny Mesa location is the only location I take my car for repairs and maintenance. I've been having my car serviced here for 20 years now. Anyone of the Service Advisers are amazing! They provide excellent customer service. Gabe Bello was my Service Advisor on my recent car repairs. He is always helpful and knowledgeable. Brought 2025 car in for included oil service. Explained 3 additional issues I wanted to be addressed: 1. Hand brake loose - fixed 2. Hand brake squeak - not addressed, claimed not reproducible; but makes noise nearly every time when pulling it up. 3. Burning plastic smell from driver’s side after operating temp running car more than 10 mins. Requested to inspect exhaust and or any undercarriage areas where plastic might contact hot metal. Not addressed, claimed inspected, and unable to reproduce. Finally, the car wash was poorly executed. Not really cleaned well and potentially scratched in places as a result. If I ever comeback for service, I will have to specify no wash because the condition was worse than when it arrived. After I got the car back- I bought a jack and personally jacked to the car up and got underneath to inspect the exhaust. Upon lifting the vehicle, and getting under it I IMMEDIATELY found the source of the burning smell (seems like a melted black plastic bag on one of the exhaust pipes). It was EXTREMELY obvious. This tells me beyond a reasonable doubt that the exhaust inspection was never performed. This makes me question the dealer’s ethics, reliability, and trustworthiness. I’m grateful for the hand brake adjustment and oil change service- but this situation with the exhaust (coupled with a very, very poor sales experience which resulted in no sale to Mossy) makes me question Mossy Nissan and Mossy auto group as a whole.

I had such a wonderful experience at Mossy Nissan Kearny Mesa, all thanks to Hung! From the moment I checked in, he truly went above and beyond. He gave me a clear and honest estimate upfront and took the time to walk me through everything in detail. I don’t know much about cars at all, so I had a lot of questions, but he was incredibly patient, kind, and explained each step in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed or talked down to, which meant so much. I also called to see if it was possible to pick up my car earlier than the estimated time, and Hung actually checked on my vehicle personally and helped get it ready sooner. That level of care and effort really impressed me. When I picked up my car, it was freshly washed and spotless! On top of that, he replaced the battery in my key fob without me even asking. It completely solved something that had been stressing me out for weeks, because I keep forgetting to replace it. It showed how attentive and thoughtful he is. It’s rare to find service that feels this thoughtful and genuine. Hung made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending him to everyone. Thank you so much!
